Thank you for having GLUTEN FREE options!! I was amazed that I was able to eat a cheeseburger somewhere like this! The burger was actually very very good! I really enjoyed it. It was expensive for just the burger and Icee drink around $17. No fries included. I really wish the prices were cheaper but nothing we can do about it! Absolutely so happy to have a gluten free experience at the zoo!

The staff was not pleasant. As my order was taken, the woman stepped away to get her each drink individually, making giving the order difficult. She never read the order back in any capacity and didnt give me a receipt. This wouldnt be an issue if our orders were being handed directly instead of by a receipt number call out. My order of two burgers and three fries was put behind 5 people who ordered after me. Not to mention not one condiment dispenser was filled up.

I wish we would have eaten at McDonald’s. The tenders were closer to the size of nuggets. The prices were way out of the acceptable range for what we ordered. Their prices make Disney look cheap.

The food was grossly overpriced and wasn’t very good. I had a burger from the new burger restaurant and considered it to be of poor quality. My father in law said it was the worst burger he ever ate. They added an unusual sauce to their burgers which was a bit spicy. The service was also quite bad, the cashier rang up one fewer burger and soda than our party ordered, resulting in us having to place a second order. However, they redeemed themselves by accidentally including fries with a sandwich even though we did not order fries. They were also out of beyond burgers but failed to remove it from the menu. I should have went to Pizza Hut. They always have good pizza at that location but their prices are much higher than standard Pizza Hut restaurants.

Still waiting in pick up line for over an hour and 30 min (along with a at least 30 people) for food to be cooked. Seems to be no fries and chicken and they continue to take orders from people for chicken and fries with no available food. About to walk away….Worst $55 spent

We came here for the 1st time! It had alot of neat animals like giraffes, tigers and even a rhino! The price to get in was decent also. It’s alot of walking~ so bring your comfy shoes!

Don’t get me wrong they got alot of good food like pizza hut but its much higher priced then normal. Which is why it sort of frustrating you can’t bring your own food. Especially if you got a big family, it will cost you more then the cost of the zoo tickets.
However…. with that said I do realize you can’t bring your own food because people litter and it can mess up the zoo/animals.

You have to pay, entering the zoo, feeding animals, and if you want to use sky lifting, viewing some animals which are inside special locations, and also paying for zoo train.

A bit expensive for my taste. I usually just wait until I leave. They don’t have lids and straws on their cups which is ok. Some people are stupid and might toss them at the animals. Plus it cuts down on waste. I recommend bringing a reusable bottle from home.
