The regular pizza is still good, if not a bit over priced; though I rarely get it. But I guess they have given up on making breakfast pizza in the morning, the best breakfast pizza in the city, in my opinion. It’s probably a good thing since I was close to addiction level loving their breakfast pizza and Stromboli. But now they stopped making it which is sad and the only reason I ever go over there.

I just came here. Order a whole cheese pizza. The guy said he needed to cut cheese to make a cheese pizza. I said ok. He said “it’s going to take like 40 minutes… he definitely doesn’t want to work. You don’t take 40 minutes to cut cheese for ONE cheese pizza. First and last time at this location.

I placed an order online for pick up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was informed that they ran out of dough and didn’t have my order and they couldn’t give me a refund. Getting a refund from sbarro is ridiculous, you have to go online and fill out a comment card and hope that they give you a refund either way you won’t get it taken care of for a significant amount of time. You have to give them 5-7 business days to read and address your comment before you can even be sure of getting a response let alone a refund.

Mitch needs more training. He gets extremely overwhelmed with having 2-3 orders to prepare. He frantically fidgets and paces trying to figure out where to begin while we wait patiently for him to get in control of himself so he can prepare our orders. Nice guy but he needs training so he can work more efficiently and not stress himself out. His efforts are applauded, just has to lead how to execute.

This is the one of the most poorly managed Sbarros I’ve been to. It’s unfortunate because we really enjoy there food and it’s typically priced fairly. The past 4 orders:
Order 1: claimed they where out of dough and would not allow us to order medium pizzas, only larges.
Order 2: claimed they were out of breadsticks and Stromboli at 6:00p.m on week day.
Order 3 claimed they were closing 2 hours early because of oven issues.
Order 4: claimed they could not make any pizzas at 715pm because an employee went home early
Order 5: well there won’t be one! PLEASE AVOID THIS Location at all costs

Normally I love sbarro it’s my favorite restaurant but I ordered a pizza and mac and cheese from them and they gave me food poisoning so I hope this one in particular gets shut down ohh and the owner is lying about gennifer cause same thing happened to me only I live further away but I ordered on doordash and he was sitting there for half a hour and then they wouldn’t remake the order so I spent little more than 30 dollars for food poisoning and no I wont go to the customer support card I called you and you said you can only give me a slice of pizza back I would rather just sue
