Clems has the best pizza I’ve had in decades. I lived in Charlotte and ate a lot of different pizzas there and have never had a better pizza than at clems. There pizza has the perfect thickness of crust and there are tons of toppings on ever pizza. You will not find a better pizza anywhere in the US. You will not be disappointed.

Heard the pizza was good here, but when we got there the bartender was rude and probably a bit drunk so we took our business over to the bowling alley.

Man, I can’t say enough good things about this place. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Fantastic service. Amazing people. Can’t recommend it enough.

The best 1800’s bar I have ever been in! I & my 2 friends went there to have a 16″ Sour Kraut pizza. It taste better than you might think it would. The family that currently owns it, is working on their “4th” generation of ownership, not many places can claim that. When you walk in the door, the floor leans towards the bar a little bit so, don’t think you are leaning because you are drunk.

We LOVE Clems saurkraut pizza. There is a bi-annual meeting of cousins and aunts who make the pilgrimage from as far away as California and Florida. And its not unusual for several of those pizzas to make their way down to Florida on road trips.

So in case you have never been to Clems They have the best pizza in town, also rootbeer. You can order the pizza takeout or best of all you can enjoy it in the bar with a picture of rootbeer, Or whatever else drink you prefer. The prices are the best anywhere so come on in sit down and enjoy.
