Cleaver and Cocktail will expand upon the best elements of what chefs Marc Del Pietro and Brian Doherty have done so well at The Block for a decade—delicious, meat forward, locally sourced meals. The menu will consist of various meat and fish options, including a selection of high-quality steaks, dry aged in-house and in view of visitors as they enter the building. A glass wall behind the hostess stand will give visitors a window into the dry aging process and use racks of meat to make a bold visual statement. Look out for the exact opening date and menu, to be announced in the coming months.

We came here early on a Thursday night before the dinner rush and managed to get a table without reservations. The very handsome sweet Sam Z served us. This place is gorgeous–think half urban sophistication and half luxury lodge. Chairs are super comfy!! Normally I don’t go burger and fries at a high-end restaurant but that’s what I was in the mood for. I would literally come back just to eat this cheeseburger again: aged beef (medium) with gruyere, onions, and a super tidy layer of wilted greens on a perfectly toasted crisp brioche bun. Unbelievably delicate but flavorful. It came with a generous portion of garlic fries–some of them bordered on a touch soggy but they were still very good overall. We shared the beet salad beforehand; the beets were delicious, but the vinaigrette was mediocre. Our scotch came with the most beautiful etched ice cubes. My husband raved about his tenderloin with short ribs. Love the 1970s-80s upbeat playlist. The only holdout on five stars is because service was slightly slow and we weren’t there during the rush. We can’t wait to return!

Stopped in for lunch was promptly greeted and sat at the bar. Ended up ordering the special brisket sandwich which was unbelievable! Super tender and flavorful. The fries were a great addition and perfectly seasoned. If you’re looking for an upscale casual dining experience at a reasonable price I 100% recommend.

My husband and I had an exceptional dining experience here. The service was warm, attentive, and truly top-notch from start to finish. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, with beautiful décor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable.
But the star of the evening was the aged beef rib cooked sous vide — absolutely unbelievable. Tender, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, it was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The cocktails were amazing as well.

Another fantastic meal at this spot! Today, we opted for their burgers, and as expected, they were outstanding. The patty was juicy and packed with flavor, the bun was fresh and lightly toasted, and the toppings added the perfect crunch and zest. Every element came together seamlessly, making each bite better than the last. It’s no surprise this place remains one of our favorites–their consistency in delivering amazing taste is truly impressive by Chef Marc!
The Caramel Ice Cream with big chuck of Homemade brownies with their thick whipped cream was the perfect ending and absolutely delicious!

Let’s start with the ambiance. This place feels upscale yet doesn’t make you feel underdressed. The whole vibe is designed to be sophisticated in a relaxed way. I found d it very inviting and wished we’d been able to sit patio. Next service. Chad was remarkable. Stayed away when we didn’t need him but stuck around to talk when we wanted to. Perfect service with a hint of concern that he wasn’t good enough. Made my wife and I ferl important. I had the ribeye, my wife had the scallops. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the tomato saffron sauce was divine. The ribeye, was supposed to be med rare, but was closer to medium. The light char was closer to all I could taste and due to that, I’m not sure if any other seasoning was on it. For a 70$ steak, it was very disappointing. For a place that the main draw is steak, it unforgivable. The night finished with chocolate mousse and a espresso martini for me and creme brulee and the port for my wife. This almost made up for my steak. The mousse was heavenly and the martini was a perfect pairing. Over all it was a nice night for our v day dinner but I’ll stick to steaks I cook myself.

Fantastic food, service and ambiance. I decided the rib and salad, with T’s gin martini would be my last chosen meal if needing to pick. My son’s favorite burger resides here. And the lunches are Town and Country’s hidden gem—my go to is the grilled salad with green beans and steak tips. Look no further for your special date night or just to treat yourself. My local spot for food, drink and friendly faces.

Over priced and over hyped for the experience.
Arrived promptly on time for the reservation and the atmosphere is very attractive, but that’s where the experience ends.
Waiter seemed frazzled or not caring prolly both. We all ordered a mixed drink, waiter had no real “input” just this one and this one and this one is what he pointed out on the drinks sheet.
The waiter explained the menu and specials and came back around eventually to take our orders after our drinks. My drinks sat empty several times, would have preferred to order another cocktail but the waiter would just disappear.
The staff kept dropping glasses, one was even full of a drink and smashed all over the floor and customer feet. Accidents happen but 2 times in an hour and a half seems excessive.the staff need to slow down and be intentional.
Food was very underwhelming. A steak on a dish, a huge head of cauliflower on a plate, The arctic char was decent but the fish was burned on bottom, and pistachio less beet salad. My “dry aged steak was a think piece of meat, under temp, under seasoned, couldn’t even melt the butter that they so graciously didn’t ask about while ordering (had to request from the food exp).
The price was right on the money as expected. I recommend just tossing $200 (I tipped on cash) down the drain in to a sub par restaurant here’s your spot.
Btw don’t ask to split the check or the wait staff will get in a tizzy.

Incredible! Amazing place. Gorgeous, clean, relaxing with great food and friendly and efficient staff. Our glasses were never empty (and our water jugs refilled promptly). Everyone loved their food – appetizers, main courses, and desserts! Would recommend and would love to go back! Bathrooms were clean and stocked but not super clearly labeled from the main eating area. The patio is super nice and overlooks a beautiful grassy area.

What a hidden gem. Awesome food ajd fantastic drinks. The beef ribs are awes8me and a fantastic experience. Having ate at Annie Guns 2 days before. This restaurant is better in almost anyway in my opinion.

My family just went to this very amazing restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and I must say, it’s all worth the $! Everything here is so good, from the hostess, to the servers, and to the chef, everyone is very friendly and so nice. The ambience is so lovely and I love how it’s not crowded as like how other restaurants are. And for the food… omg! It’s over the top! Everything we ordered was so delicious! We are definitely coming back here.
