1st time here at Cleats. I stop in for dinner with my wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, on Friday around 4pm. We seated ourselves. It’s a nice medium size sports bar. We chose to sit inside rather than outside. However, I did feel it was a bit dark inside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Friday’s special was an all you can eat fish dinner. It was very good but there were no lemon slices for the fish. The other three had the chicken tenders. It was a little strange to me that you have to pay extra for dipping sauce (plus the waitress never told us about this charge). That being said, the food was delicious we topped off the dinner with a blood orange IPA

$18.50 for a dozen wings that are average. 6.50 for a high noon. $15 pesto chicken wrap. 2 pieces of avocado & no tomato! Unbalanced in temp. Chicken was warm but either the lettuce or cheese were ICE cold. Quality didn’t command price in my opinion. Burger & fries were pretty good. Price was fair on it. Overall, would not return though.

The chili needs more flavor and the ground meat is too fine I prefer it a lil chunky. Our waitress was very good and attentive! We sat in back and they kept the one door open so every time people came in and out the freezing air came in . It was freezing in there the whole time

Some of the friendliest you’ll find, amazing customer service…called order in, got disconnected called back while driving there. Got connected was told 30 mins…they were slammed. Manager saw I was with my youngest, not only did they expedite my order but they pulled up a chair for us at the end of the bar while we waited for only 10 mins. Top notch!

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a weekday. Karen, the bartender, was prompt to take my order and bring a drink to start. She recommended the jalapeño popper grilled cheese, and it was simply incredible! I’ve never had a sandwich quite like it and would highly recommend it staying on the menu. Cute little spot I don’t think I have been in before, but I would recommend trying because it was clean and the atmosphere was very down to earth and chill. Plenty of free parking

I live up the street from Cleats and I never go there. We’ll my friend wanted to go so we did. The people are super friendly! We had a tremendous waitress! I ordered a reuben sandwich with homemade potato chips. OMG that was the best reuben I have had in my life! I have been to a lot of places that feature reubens and nothing can compare to the one at Cleats! I definitely will be back within a week…Who would think you could get a phenomenal reuben at a bar! The best ever!

My husband ordered the firecracker melt and it was awful. The bread was soggy and way too sweet. We also ordered a large Caesar salad and all it and was romaine lettuce, croutons, and dressing. No parmesan or anything else just lettuce and dressing. I ordered the twisted mac and cheese. This was not a very tasting you either but was okay. I lived in North Royalton for several years now and I finally brought myself to ignore the reviews and try it but it’s not worth it at all. Not only was the food poor but the staff was extremely rude, unfriendly, and overall very unwelcoming.

Our serve, our service was great. And the food was awesome. I had the Reuben and I think it was one of the best Rubens I’ve had in a long time kudos to the chef.!
