This is a great place for good ol’ southern comfort food. The fish and chips were delicious. The shrimp was ok, just a little dry. The sauce options were fine but kind of bland. The service was great and quick! They have a lot of great options, you’ll love everything here.

First of all, everything about this restaurant screams excellence. Me and my friend were able to get a small tour of the kitchen and talk about very,very clean!one of the cleanest I’ve seen.The food here is all made here and served here fresh to your table and the service is impeccable.Over the top.If you’re in Midland you need to definitely swing by here for some of the best homemade food you’re going to eat,when it comes to eating out.plenty of parking and handicap accessible,they have you covered. They open at 11:00 and close at 9:00 Don’t forget to try dessert!

My first and last time patronizing this sham of a restaurant. For starters, my waitress NEED MANDATORY customer service training. Her waitress skills are trash. The Little Buddy platter is a joke in itself. They serve 3 mini catfish strips and 2 shrimps plus fries for $16.95. The onions rings were good. The stingers were nasty. I wanted a refund the Little Buddy and stingers but I didn’t think I’d be given one. I would not recommend this restaurant to an enemy

I’m glad today wasn’t our first time to eat at Clear Springs because I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back. Normally the food is very fresh. We ordered Catfish and a grilled chicken salad. The salad had lots of old brown lettuce, the ranch dressing was very watered down, and the slaw was too old to try to eat. The onion was dark and looked like it was trying to sprout. The catfish was excellent, along with exceptional red beans, French fries and the onion rings were good except for the ranch dressing. The waiters were super nice and very efficient when I picked up our order.

I’m being generous giving this place two stars, ONLY because the Mozzarella sticks were really good. Bravo on that, you can do exactly one thing right. Otherwise, it would’ve been -2 stars. The catfish was probably the worst I’ve ever had. It still had that fishy taste even though I squeezed on plenty of lemon. It was really hard, very crunchy, not in a good way. The “famous” onion rings sucked and that’s putting it mildly. They were cold, but even warm would’ve been terrible. Our server was most likely on drugs, which was just an uncomfortable experience. I mean, we did leave a good tip because at least they’re working, but still very uncomfortable. I can forgive a wierdo waiter, but I can’t forgive gross food. Won’t be eating here again. Will probably just avoid Midland altogether because of this experience.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The ambience and the overall character of the restaurant was very welcoming and everyone seemed upbeat and having a great time. The ladies were very polite and courteous making sure that we well taken care of..appetizers hit the table by the time we figured out our main course. Great restaurant. Wonderful surprise and highly recommend going to this restaurant.
