I recently visited Clear Sky Food Truck in Arizona and had a mixed experience. The food was quite disappointing (1/5 stars) – it lacked flavor and freshness. On the brighter side, the service was decent (3/5 stars); the staff was friendly. The atmosphere was the highlight (4/5 stars) with a pleasant and inviting setup. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it for the food, but the place & property is nice if you’re just looking to hang out.

There was absolutely no reason for this place to be this good! Omg, this was one of the best meals I had the entire trip.
The steak was cooked perfectly, shrimp tasted super fresh (in the middle of the dessert) and the salmon and salad was light and flavorful. Very fair price, really can’t say enough good things. I’d suggest you go out of your way on the way back from the Grand Canyon to come here.

I don’t even know where to start. Chef Paul was absolutely amazing and one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. I did not have high hopes for a food truck but I was absolutely blown away. My partner and I got an order of BBQ wings, fried Mac N Cheese bites and a surf and Turf. The Surf N Turf was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken wings were AMAZING we even had someone come up to us and ask us what smelled so good. Unfortunately I live almost 6 hours away so I’m just going to have to crave the Mac N Cheese bites for the rest of my life. Don’t even get me started on the dessert. I honestly would drive all of the way back out here just for the food.

Excellent food. I had the Alfredo pasta and I added chicken breast. The chicken was moist and the pasta was very good. My husband had the surf & turf. It was an 8oz fillet, grilled shrimp, potatoes, and asparagus. A lot of food, fillet was moist and tender. Very favorable. Great prices and the staff was very friendly. Definitely stop here if you are in the area! This is a food truck that belongs to the resort, so it is not a “winky-dink” kinda place. It is open to the public and is not far from Grand Canyon. There are tables outside and a dome with tables inside of it. Open for breakfast and dinner

Found this gem looking for a late bite after getting to our airbnb nearby and we loved it! Really great food (including vegetarian options) amidst an incredible (dog friendly) space. The chef was super friendly and chatting with him made the experience even more delightful. We walked around the main grounds of clear sky resort afterward; it’s so wonderfully designed, with swinging chairs, giant chess, glowing colorful orbs, and fire pits enclosed in metal nature scapes.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. The food truck was awesome! Food was delicious and service was great. Lots of variety. Pizza one night, steak the next . I had the breakfast burrito twice cause it was so good.

We had dinner and breakfast twice here when we stayed at the domes. The food from the truck is actually very good! My daughter did have a hair in the egg of her breakfast sandwich, but honestly, that can happen anywhere. It took forever for the food to come out the night we had dinner. My husband’s steak was delicious. Don’t bother getting a salad – mine probably had 15 spinach leaves total. I had ordered the salmon on it, but they came over and told me they sold out, so I got the chicken on it instead, which was juicy and delicious. Our 3 kids liked their meals. The employee at breakfast had trouble entering our order and in the end, they brought us the food twice. We asked for ketchup for the hash browns and were brought hot sauce and didn’t know and it squirted all over before we realized it wasn’t ketchup. Overall, it’s a good, convenient option.

Food was good, especially the burgers. It’s not cheap however. Service was great and the food came quickly. Reasonable walk from anywhere in the resort. Also offer breakfast but we did not try it. The coffee and Americano were very good.
