We visited this place for the first time and were impressed by the service, quality and quantity of the food, location and explanation of the different options available. They offer food to eat in, take out, fresh take out, frozen take out. The last two are for you to take home and heat up in the microwave. The quality of the food is so good and fresh it felt right. They also offer meal plans so you can enjoy great tasting food, on your journey to great health. This is the kind of food you want to fuel your body the right way or on your journey to lose weight. We highly recommend this location not just because is great food, veteran owned and operated plus you are supporting a local business. Come and try it for yourself a medium bowl like the ones we tried were enough food to be full. Absolutely a great option when you want the best for your body.

I just happened to see this place when I left game xchange next door. I walked in and was greeted by one of the ladies and she asked me if I had ever been there before I said no and she explained the menu to me and I had ordered the mocha madness coffee and a shrimp wrap with Mac n cheese. The food was absolutely fantastic. The sauce in the wrap complimented the shrimp and it’s all healthy. The Mac n cheese had the right amount of heat to it. And after working a 13 hr shift I was very satisfied to finally find something that I could order in the future. The young lady I spoke to she was just awesome the cook in the back was also awesome. Very nice people. I definitely give this place a 10/10 .

Tried to cook for us even 30 minutes before close . I refused because I personally don’t like doing that to people when it’s time to go home !
The customer service was there 100 percent.
I just started ordering consistently and she won my service over to keep ordering.
Also talked me into a shake and gave me great recommendations !
I got exactly what she recommended and I’m hooked.
This type of customer service is personable and I loved it.

OMG! We loved this place. We are in College Station, Texas this week for the USATF Junior Olympics. We were in the middle of a weather delay and needed quick healthy food for our athletes. The staff were great and the food was absolutely delicious. Even our picky eaters were satisfied. They list Macro nutrition info for each dish and the prices were affordable. $66 for a family of 5 is outstanding! We will definitely visit this location again before we leave. We advised our whole team to come and check this place out!!!
