Finally had a chance to stop by here. As an athletic and health conscious individual it was nice to have some meal prep options for my lifestyle. The establishment is clean and the customer service is good. It would nice if there was some sort of menu for the frozen food options. Had to sift through quite a bit.

The quality of food for the price is incredible, and has made my busy schedule much easier to navigate! The employees are always super friendly, as well.
However, the last few weeks of picking up my meal prepped meals, the bag has had a very distinct smell of cigarette/marijuana smoke, to the point that I have to drive with my window down in the middle of winter to air out my car. I’m not a smoker and nobody I know is, so not sure what’s going on with the preparation of the food, but it’s very problematic to have this recurring, especially if customers are sensitive to smoke like me. I’d hate for otherwise a great business and company to have this be an ongoing problem!

I did the build your own bowl, it’s was okay but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend to anyone. The rice was mushy and the spinach tasted like it wasn’t washed well. Also the portions are pretty small, here is a pic of the large bowl.

Edit: Josh, the Michigan franchisee reached out to me within minutes of my review and went above and beyond to fix the issue. Jason at the store has also been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you both for fixing the problem so quickly! The meals have been excellent so far.
Just picked up my first “meal prep” order from this location. I ordered via the site and my order was a special order (low carb.) Came in, paid for the food, tipped the guy, and I was on my way. Upon arriving at home I noticed my meals all included potatoes, rice, noodles, etc. All items not considered low carb. Is this normal for them to be like this? I attempted to call them at 6:58, but they didn’t answer the phone. Pictures attached of all meals.

I LOVE this restaurant chain so much. We really need more fast-food chains like this on every corner versus a McD’s, BK, etc. I always get the nugget meal whenever I skip a day of workout. It literally helps me eat clean, with the option of getting what I’d usually get from a crappy restaurant. Regular for life!!! Also, shoutout to the guy who put together my order. I walked in around 3:30pm so whomever that was on Sept. 10th Sorry for no name credit lol.

UPDATE: To the owner well I’m glad you fixed the labels but how does this make the situation any better for me now? Seems like you don’t care about your customers your response was just oh well sorry bout that we’ll fix the labels.
I usually go to the clean eats in Rochester but decided to go to this one since I was in the area. Ended up getting something from the cafe and some frozen meals as it always do. Days later I decided to eat the chocolate chip with egg bites. While I’m eatting i notice a piece of meat. Come to find out it’s PORK bacon. Nothing on this package says anything about pork bacon. But i decided to call the place just to make sure and the guy advised it is pork bacon with cheese and that it should say on the label. But it did not and he kept saying how it was a simple mistake and people make mistakes. THINGS LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!!! People can be allergic and can cause harm to them or you have people like me who because of my religion I can not eat pork at all as it is forbidden in my religion. I will be disposing of my other frozen meals and will not be coming back to this location. I would advise everyone to keep an eye out on what they are eatting.

Sweet potato fries were burned beyond consumption. Also ordered ahead to save time, but they forgot my smoothies. Not only did they forget, but they put my smoothies at the end of the line and I ended up having to wait as if I had waited in line at the store anyway. And, I wish I hadn’t because they were just a syrup and powder concoction blended with ice; not a fruit or vegetable in sight.

Most of the food and smoothies were great, and the service was friendly and quick. However, both bowls we ordered came with a rice, quinoa, and kale base, rather than the advertised quinoa and kale base. Also, the medium and large bowls we received appeared to be the same size, which makes it unclear what the size upgrade is actually offering—especially since the base portion was probably less than a cup. Aside from those issues, we really enjoyed the food overall.

I have been going to Clean Eatz since 2022 and cannot get enough! I totally love fitness and have needed healthy foods. This place has many different prepared meals that are loaded with protein and carbs that will feed your muscles! The staff know who I am now. They know what I usually get. They are always welcoming. If you’re a fitness enthusiast I highly suggest Clean Eatz! The Raspberry Lemonade Smoothie is awesome!
