Clean Eatz is a meal prep company with a healthy lifestyle dine-in/carryout café that believes EVERYONE has a right to achieve their goals! We offer chef-inspired meals that are macro-balanced & typically 500 calories or less. Our café offers a variety of tasty options for our customers. Our menu includes burgers, bowls, wraps, flatbreads, and more. Our café 8 freezer doors featuring 40+ varieties of frozen Grab ‘n’ Go meals. Simply heat & eat. However, what customers love most is our weekly meal plan service! Each week we offer 6 different pre-made meals (5 entrees and 1 breakfast). The meals are announced via social & our newsletter every Thursday. Orders can be placed online Thu-Sun for pickup that same Sunday or Monday.

Food is healthier than typical carry out but honestly nothing special. We got the large size bowl with chicken and portion was fine but wouldn’t describe it as “large”. The meal prep freezer selection looks fantastic for those who prefer to buy meals.

Clean Eatz is the ultimate dining experience for healthy lifestyles, this restaurant is kid friendly senior friendly and health conscious friendly due to its overall protein and plant-based meals, drinks, and protein powders and novelty items like shirts travel cups and friendly staff. They have frozen meals as well and hot meals and salads. Located in the Newport KY gaming mall next door to Crunch fitness, it has a lovely mountain background with an outdoor patio if you don’t desire to eat indoors, this location also has comfy seating to relax. You must visit here, I love this place. Food is delicious and not over 12.00 dollars for perfect salmon that is the highest priced menu item so prices are great.

The nachos were disappointing. Sweet potatoes were all burnt on the edges, the corn was so sparse it seemed like they counted the grains they threw into the dish, & the chicken was dry ish, and bland. The avocado was not fresh at all. Would it bankrupt the restaurant if they threw in a little bit of salt & pepper?… the only thing that gave a little bit of flavor to the whole thing was a queso sauce and some salsa…
The drink, “piña colada” was as festive as a hot beer with no gas in it.
Very disappointing!
On the other hand, the service was quick, & cordial. The place is clean, but the headlights are like going into an office building.
