Our crew stopped in this place on the way up to Stanley. Great guy behind the bar, a couple great customers who were local and running around on their motorbikes as well, one of which we ended up hanging out with at the Rod n Gun Club later in the day. Pizza was promised not to disappoint.. it was out of the freezer so.., let’s just leave it as it was good enough.. 5 stars! lol

Not sure yet but plan on going back to my home town. I haven’t been back since I was 6 years old. Caught my first fish on the river across from that bar. Over behind the city hall. Our family’s home burnt up in 1981 and we lost everything. The people of Clayton Id at the time was amazing. The biggest Christmas I ever had as a poor kid from a miners family. The community pitched in and helped my parents get back on their feet. When I make it back soon I will be visiting this bar!

My uncle and I stopped here while on a road trip and introduced ourselves to the bartender. The bartender was none other than.. (wait for it).. the MAYOR of Clayton Idaho! We met the mayor and everyone else in town and it was so cool and a great time with great people!
