Not worth it for the price & experience to be honest but might have just been a bad night since it was so busy. Our food came out and was barely warm so it got cold super fast. One of my crab leg clusters was black all over and smelled super fishy so i didn’t eat it, & when i let them know they said they could give me 5% off JUST the crab so a $1 discount lol. Service was okay, i wouldn’t recommend eating here.

My first time eating it yesterday, was supper excited. First off , my boil was SWEET ??? seafood boils shouldnt be sweet lol . Then , my shrimp was over cooked , they were so hard to peel like wth ? And last , the sausage tasted like the most cheapest sausage out there! Never again would I eat from here lol . To each thier own though.

Great atmosphere, the hosts were so friendly and inviting. They gave us helpful recommendations as first timers, that did not disappoint. The “give it all to me” flava was sooo good and the portions were well worth the price. I had the “with a kick” sauce on the side that I also really enjoyed and i really liked the smoke flavor the sausage had. I will definitely be visiting again!
**UPDATE** This place never fails!! I visited several times since my first review and am satisfied rather I dine-in or take-out. The food is always fast and fresh. Take-out is quick and the dine-in experience is laid back and chill. I especially love the sea themed decor on the walls. I highly recommend this place

Food is good, but they overcook the crab and shrimp. You can tell if it sticks to the shell and is really hard to slip out, usually tears and more on the dry side. Wish their spice wasn’t sweet, but some people like that. Overall it a 3 for me. I give them 1 more chance, but I’ll stay away for a while. For the price food should never be over cooked. Service at the table was great it would be the food quality below standard for me.

I have never ordered garlic butter and be given a bag of garlic cloves. My experience today was awful my potatoes was hard, sausage was not cooked, and my crab wow tasted bad. I was treating myself without my children and was very disappointed.

My first time there at claw daddy’s and they did not disappoint. We tried to go out there like 4 times but they would closed early due to food running out. And now I know why. I finally got a chance to try it and omg it’s the best in Bakersfield. I loved there clam chowder soup. But the sauce was very good. If you love seafood boil like I do. This place is a must.

We ordered the #1. We got 2 lbs of large shrimp with the mild “give it all to me craw daddy” seasonings. It also comes with 2 halves of a corn cob, 4 large slices of sausage and a whole potato cut quarters. It was amazing!! Very non-traditional. You get your food in a clear plastic bag and the tables are draped in white butcher paper. You just dump your bag full of goodies on the table, put on your bib and go to town with your fingers. Added bonus, you get to write your name and/or draw on the wood parts of the walls. Fun and delicious times!!

We came here for the first time, and we were greeted amazingly, we were given options and explained everything on the menu. The food was served in a great, timely manner. We would definitely recommend this place, and prices are very affordable .
