not quite surprising that the food turned out to be great was a good chef behind the whole deal but the food was fresh. The service was good. The place was lively it made for a great weekend meal. The appetizers were great the eggplant Parmesan a bit on the oily side, but very tasteful and the duck was superb. Recommended.

We were there right at opening for dinner. Service was good. Food was good. The risotto balls were yumm but needed a little more time in the fryer. The center was still cold for one of the three. Cacio Pepe was delicious and the cocktails were great too! I would definitely go back again.

One of the greatest Italian restaurant in DMV, the taste was authentic and not too salty like others restaurant adjusting to American taste. However the dishes was a little overpriced.

Went for Valentine’s Day… huge mistake. Not only was the hostess rude, so was each waiter/waitress that came to check on us. Absolutely no hospitality. The service was horrible – rushed to order, food came out in a hurry, with no time to digest. And trust me, it wasn’t easy to digest. The “special” truffle pasta was 40 dollars yet had NO taste. I love truffle and I couldn’t taste it at all in this pasta, it was more like buttered noodles. The pizza was floppy and one of the worst saffron arancini balls I’ve had. Had a really bad taste compared to any other Italian restaurant I’ve been in. Better off in the frozen food aisle! As they say in my country, “ C’était une horreur!” If you don’t speak French, that means it was a nightmare!! Will NOT be returning. Au revoir Claudio!

I went there twice recently with friends. Very simple decor, it gave off the distinct vibe of a “family restaurant”, certainly nothing fancy. Relaxed atmosphere, very attentive servers and simply good, no-nonsense Italian food. I especially appreciate when pizzas are hand tossed, topped with all natural ingedients and not greasy. The pasta dishes were also enjoyed by everyone in our party. Good, solid restaurant for a casual and very tasty dinner.

Came for dinner on a Saturday night for the first time; food and service were both excellent. Artichokes and prosciutto stood out among many strong appetizers, all pasta were fabulous. And the desserts were great as well. Lovely place — will definitely be back!

I haven’t been to Claudia’s table for a number of months. There is construction right next door now for them to break through into another area. So it’s a little razzle dazzle getting in the door. But the food was actually better than the last time I was there. The service was delightful with Daniel and we just had a wonderful time! Strong recommend.

Really cool place. Our waitress, Charlotte, was wonderful. All the staff were great. She is from Belgium. I had linguini with clams. Great. The manager very nice and helpful. For the first time in my life I saw a truffle in person. In two of the pictures it is the manager shaving grams off the truffle into a guest’s plate. Thehave a scale and sell by the shaved gram of truffles. Very cool. Look forward to coming back.

Valentines Day I made reservations at a restaurant that was not what I expected. I called Claudio’s to see if they had any availability with hopes of salvaging the night. Chloe answered and said she could fit me in if I came right now. I can safely and enthusiastically say Claudio’s, with their great service and food saved my evening. Thank you sooo much! Will definitely be back!
