Authentic Taiwanese milk shaved ice, which is very hard to find in SoCal. Staff are super friendly even though not much traffic when we arrive. The mochi are super chewy but still easy to swallow. The shaved ice is soft and melt in your mouth. Taro are in nice shape and easy to bite. Red bean are sweet but mixed well with shaved ice. It’s a very good place foe dessert and snacks with friends after your meal. Also perfect spot for afternoon tea.

Great Taiwanese food, and always excellent service by the staff. The Taiwanese sausage is a great appetizer, the stinky tofu is not too strong / stinky, the braised pork with dry noodles is not as good as the fried pork chop, the minced pork with rice is excellent. There are wide selections of drinks, our jasmine tea with aloe is generous and refreshing.
The setting resembles an elementary school classroom in Taiwan, I found it a bit uncomfortable to sit.

Updates 3/2:
Ordered the dry noodle combo with popcorn chicken. Will order the braised pork Bento instead next time.

Fantastic restaurant! The old-school Taiwanese classroom aesthetic is super cool, and the food is generally pretty good and authentic – impressive for a restaurant with such a large menu. My only complaint is that jasmine rice is used in lieu of short-grain rice for all the rice dishes, which detracta from the overall experience. (Obviously, jasmine rice for fried rice is fine.) Service was slow, but the cafe was pretty busy, so that’s to be expected. Definitely a great place for a cool Taiwanese experience!

This place casually sets the standard for shaved ice and then watches everyone else struggle to catch up, serving bowls so finely shaved they melt on contact and somehow stay fluffy all the way to the bottom. The ice is impossibly smooth, more cloud than crunch, soaking up syrups that taste real instead of neon, whether you’re going classic mango, matcha, or going all-in with condensed milk, mochi, and red bean. The balance is what makes it elite, sweet but never cloying, rich without being heavy, and layered so every spoonful hits like it was thoughtfully planned instead of dumped on as an afterthought. It’s refreshing, indulgent, and dangerously easy to finish even when you swear you’re full, the kind of dessert that turns a casual stop into a non-negotiable ritual and leaves you convinced that this is not just shaved ice, but the benchmark everyone else should be measured against.

This location was actually pretty good. Can’t say that for all of their locations of this chain. They serve authentic Taiwanese food at affordable prices. Atmosphere is like old Taiwanese classroom and service was ok. They have a very good oyster omlet (hard to find in socal) and the popcorn chicken was decent (can’t beat Taiwan steer vendors tho ). Would go again

5 stars for the shaved snow: their ribbon texture is harder to find, we’ve tried a couple of their flavors. Their service is prompt, but I couldn’t say friendly: minus a star. They’ll take, then bring your order out quickly.

But any other requests I and my sweet 76 year old Mom made looked like they wanted to be left alone & we were bothering them. We didn’t ask for much: a side of chili sauce, then 1 take out box and the check together. They brought out what we needed, but with reluctance.

Pretty good Taiwanese snacks and food; the rice with meat sauce was a bit too salty but everything else was great. The oyster pancake was pretty authentic and very close to what we had in Taiwan. The restaurant was a bit understaffed so the service was slow; it was OK for our group as we were there no rush to chill and eat some hometown food.

I ordered the mild popcorn chicken and my mouth is on fire. The sauce is some weird syrupy sauce, it’s not the pink tangy sauce every other place that serves popcorn chicken has. I also ordered the Class 302 milk tea, half sweet. It’s like drinking creamer, you cannot taste the tea. Do not recommend.

The boba and food was really good! Tastes just like the night market food in Taiwan. The side dishes were very flavorful and the pork was soft and tender ❤️ The drinks were pretty big and delicious. This is my new favorite place!
Took off a star because although the wooden box was cute, the lid broke and caved in when I got it lol

2nd visit (Dine in): Super cute place! Everything from the decor to the menu to the food trays are school related. Only some tables had cubbies, so we had to put our purses in our lap or on the ground which was a bin inconvenient.
