Stellar pupusas and service! If you’re looking for the perfect meal when you’re out at the orchards or exploring Hendo or Chimney Rock, you have to stop and check them out! We make the treck from Lake Lure to enjoy the best pupusas north of El Salvador.

My husband and I stopped by today and had the pupusas for the first time. They smelled amazing, and tasted even better! I am so sad we wont be able to enjoy more often since we’re from Pennsylvania, but I highly recommend!

We more than enjoyed the pork & cheese papusa with the cabbage slaw and homemade sauce. The shrimp tacos we a perfect 10! Absolutely perfect. We will come back soon. The nicest people too. You can tell a place is good when it is packed with locals.

Stopped by after leaving the apple orchards. My husband is Mexican is said the food was amazing. I don’t usually like pupusas, but these were GREAT.
So glad we stopped. Highly recommend them! Great service, great food.

Excellent pupusas with many fillings and delicious cheese. They have tacos with shrimp streak or pork also. If you haven’t tried pupusas from El Salvador then here’s your chance.

Delicious! Stumbled upon this place leaving Point Lookout and now I will look forward to visiting anytime we are in the area. Pupusas were so fresh and flavorful! The salsas were delicious. Tacos were phenomenal. 10/10 highly recommended!
