We went on a busy Sunday morning but table turn over and service was still very timely and manageable. The service was good, although be aware that you order at two separate counters for coffee and food. Portion sizes are more than generous (especially the cinnamon bun! Wow!) and very tasty. The blueberry pancakes have a delicious tartness to them, the bacon is thick and perfectly crispy, and the bread is deliciously buttery.

Food was absolutely delicious as usual . Our table ordered the chicken biscuit , biscuit and gravy , breakfast burrito, Monte Cristo, fries , and brisket Chili which was the one item 4 people agreed was too sweet left the bowl untouched almost . The jalapeno cornbread that came along with it was great however. To drink we had iced chai tea , a bloody Mary , and water . Good experience as usual would recommend 10/10 .

This place has AMAZING food. The staff is super sweet. My only two complaints are that is was so popular that seating was hard to find and that I personally am not a huge fan of ordering at the counter. Those are just minor complaints though. I would definitely go back if I am in the area.

My Bestie and I enjoyed a lunch here; the drive from Red Bud was well worth it. After passing on splitting sandwiches, we both ordered a spicy honey chicken biscuit. To see two women enjoy these biscuit sandwiches may have been hilarious; I assure you, they were loved. The chicken was freshly fried perfectly. The spicy honey paired great with the biscuit and the chicken. The chef here clearly knows her flavors and the cooking of all the elements for this biscuit sandwich was amazing. Thank you for another destination in Southern Illinois.

Delicious southern-style cooking. The place can be busy on the weekends at brunch time, so be patient. Lots of options, and food arrives quickly. You order in line, then they deliver food to your table. Coffee shop side of the space involves waiting in a separate line.

I chose this place because my daughter, that passed away, used to come here. So I try to go to some of the places that she enjoyed.Best Avacado toast I’ve ever had.. I ordered shrimp and grits to go and that was my intention to eat them for breakfast tomorrow, but I couldn’t wait so I ate them for lunch….OMG!!! Amazing I said outside the young lady who brought me my food outside was very nice. She complimented me on my socks..lol

It’s a very-very cute, cozy branch café with amazing aromas of freshly brewed coffee which you may order from a separate counter. They also sell cocktails, which looked interesting, but we didn’t try (11 am, you know;)) There’s bar seats, counter seats, sofas, single armchairs, regular tables, outside sitting – whichever you’d like. Service is quick and efficient. The food was very tasty. They also sell merch and coffee beans, and honey. Nice place, would come again!

The lady (as pictured) at the front counter was rude the entire time ! They were out of drinks & out of French toast sticks! The food was good. I didn’t eat the spicy biscuit chicken sandwich even tho I paid for it. The biscuit was too hard and dry for me. But the shrimp & grits are good. The pancakes are big/ thick, the kids enjoyed them. They don’t give you much syrup for them. The fries are delicious! Maybe get some dipper sauces for them. Prices are high but I would return and hope for a better experience!

My job requests her food truck at least once a year. She changed my life with her shrimp and grits. I’ll eat them at other restaurants, but they ain’t Clara B’s. If by chance you run across her truck, you’d better stop and try something.
