We had lunch at Clancy’s, a lovely restaurant on the Swan River. It’s exceptionally clean and pleasant, our lunches were prepared exactly as we asked and came nicely plated. My Caesar salad was perfectly fresh and crunchy, with a simply grilled chicken breast. The chicken sandwich was on a fresh brioche good, fries were hot and delicious, all around a good lunch. Service is prompt and pleasant. Our server brought barbecue sauce for the side, and kept our soft drinks filled.

I planned a trip to Cape Cod with my family and soon found Clancy’s Restaurant because I was looking for somewhere to offer risotto, and the dish I ordered was wonderful. I immediately fell in love with the structure of the restaurant with tables near a beautiful river and very attentive workers who made a point of positioning us at one of the best tables. A great meal with a delicious Pina Colada. I loved it and I will definitely come back and recommend it to acquaintances!

We went a little early on a Saturday night only had to wait 10 min (they text you when table is ready!). We were lucky to get a seat outside, view is so beautiful! Waitress was very nice. Dirty Martini was very good. Also got a steamed lobster which was cooked perfect and the sides were delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Got there at 4:30pm – early enough to get a table on the back porch outside by the gorgeous water view. Great fish and chips, lobster, clam chowder, sautéed spinach. No reservations, and one of the most sought after dining spots in the area – so plan ahead. Pic is someone else’s food: it doesn’t show how enormous those items really are!

Love that you can check on Google for the wait time. Not sure if that is a Google feature or the restaurant. We didn’t eat outside because the weather was iffy. The mussels were the best we’ve ever had! We were a party of 2 but they had some separate alcoves that sat party’s of 8-10 maybe more. We had Amanda on Friday night and she was very attentive and had Delroy Sunday night the 3rd night of our long weekend away. He was excellent as well! It was so good we couldn’t chance tying elsewhere. Hope this review helps hectic cape dinner planning.

Friendly service. Great food served hot. Beautiful views from outside deck and no bugs! Nice quiet atmosphere. They don’t take reservations, but if they are full, they use a wait list. Website is helpful. At 5 pm this eve, they were pretty full, but we were seated immediately. By 6:30 there was a short wait on a Wed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location lends itself to some beautiful views! The food was pretty good! As a vegetarian, it can be really difficult (especially on the Cape) to eat out, so it was really exciting to see a vegetarian dish on the menu. This was exquisite and delicious. I loved every bite. My cocktail on the other hand was a bit rough, but that could be my personal liking. They are a bit pricey.

Really amazing chowder! Thick consistency, large clams and flavorful. (Get the bowl) Giant portions on salad, perfectly cooked mussels with parm garnish, swan sandwich has bacon, avocado, cheese, cooked perfectly and again a great portion. I was very impressed with the size and price point of lobster (that comes with clarified butter) but slightly disappointed in the frozen veg melody and instant potato side. Service wasn’t great. The sides for the lobster were forgotten, but we couldn’t find a server until our meal was almost done. We order 3 cocktails. The martini was separated and warm by the time it made it to the table with no olives. The mojito we found out was mock when the bill came. We waited 45 minutes for our check (after we gave it for payment) with other patrons getting up to get their check at the hostess stand. Not once during our meal did anyone check on us. We had to flag a server down each time (for our missing sides, to get our check and to pay it) it was steady but not overly busy. We weren’t ordering cheap items and expected better service . We will try again in hopes it was a fluke because the food and atmosphere is fantastic

A quaint restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating with seats overlooking Swan Pond River. Beautiful. Traditional Cape Cod seafood fare done right at this restaurant. We got the seafood platter and clam chowder- both did not disappoint. Service was good. Definitely an excellent option for a meal. An added bonus for those with strollers or wheelchairs is that the entire restaurant has ramps and easy access. This restaurant is definitely a hit and one you should visit.
