I came in at 11am to get my craving for some BBQ. I ordered the three meat plate with two sides for $17. The drink does not come with the plate. I got two ribs, sliced brisket and chopped pork with baked beans and white potatoe salad.
The service was great and fast. My order was messed up because they gave me yellow potatoe salad which was no big deal. However, the sliced brisket looked different then what I had in mind. No biggie there as well. HOWEVER, you definitely could tell the meat was taken out a refrigerator and put on the hot area. ALL the meat was very luke warm on the outer parts but cool in some spots. Even some cold spots which made for a bad lunch. That was extremely disappointing. Especially for the price. I’ll definitely come back and next time I will say something if I get the food like this again. I’m hoping the meat will be super fresh next time – like right off the grill or smoker. I’ll update this review later. I still recommend this place as the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

Food was excellent brisket so tender. Beans and slaw were great too. Staff was amazing one brought out a small bowl of brisket for my Service Dog. He 1st asked if he could have rib bones I said no thanks. He shows up with a small bowl of what he called scraps but it looked good enough for a sandwich. Price for the meal very reasonable. I bought a pound of brisket to take home.

And the BBQ? Incredible. The pulled pork and brisket nachos are my go-to every single time — loaded, flavorful, and absolutely addictive.

The food was absolutely terrific! Service was great except for woman taking orders. I was kinda scared haha. I felt like I was on the “Soup Nazi” episode of Seinfeld. The teenage boy in front of us was nailed for not speaking loudly enough or looking at her. She was efficient though, I will say that. It was our first time there.

LOVE THIS NEW FIND!!!!!! Wow, this place really has it all. It’s like a mom and pop bbq restaurant til 6pm, home-cooked daily special from 10-2pm, ready made meals you take home and reheat (they will also heat for you there ), full on butcher shop, small but nice selection of dry goods grocery section, frozen seafood and exotic meats, deer processing for hunters, and sooooo much more I was just really really impressed. This place has some great looking cuts of meat, three different types of impressive boudin, lots of desserts and every cheese you could ask for. I was really impressed with the 5lb bag of frozen jumbo shrimp for $30. If you don’t follow them on Facebook, you’re gonna want to bc they have all kinds of fun specials they just pop up and for a great price. I took a friend who has been a butcher for over a decade and even he was impressed with the quality and prices they had. Just look at the bulk frozen orders they offer that fill a freezer- awesome. I tried a sample of the brisket and it was so wild but we both tasted two different flavors that reminded us of dishes our moms have made. Very nostalgic flavor for me and I know where to go for a mom fix next time I’m craving meat. I also ordered a side of smoked sausage and it was good, really oily but the flavor was great. Next time I would take it home and just brown a little on the edges bc I like it like that myself but still it was really good. The hot bbq sauce was delicious with both but they stood alone without it too, but I can’t help it, I love me some sauces. Everyone we encountered that worked there was so awesome and helpful and honestly, I can’t wait to return for more, preferably when the daily special is on!

I have not had anything from Clampits that wasn’t absolute perfection. From the beautiful beef tenderloin, from the frozen grouper filets, to the stuffed baked potatoes, everything was melt in your mouth good! Even the candy chicken feet on the candy rack was unique and fun for my grandson. The jellies, lemon curd, and hot sauces are always on point. Many are homemade and are really great.
I can’t wait to try their plate lunches! Clampits does the cooking when my family comes!

Great place for BBQ or your deli needs. They have regular plates or bundles of BBQ, as well as catering. The deli has everything, including grab n go meals. Great selection of meat, meals, and deli cheeses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have a section with spices, jams, and a bunch of other local items. Fantastic barbecue plates, brisket is tender, side dishes are perfect. Catered my Thanksgiving and did a good job. Was not real happy with the rolls, I could have bought my own bag at the store, or spicy tasting dressing. Just a little much.

Extremely disappointing, this was not BBQ, it was oven cooked, bland, and tough. I had the rib plate, they were dried, tough and no flavor. My wife had the brisket, no flavor. She could not eat it. The only good thing we got were the baked beans, they tasted like they were straight out of a can. I should have known better. When we pulled into the parking lot, there was no smoke smell. One old pit set outside, looked like it hadn’t been used for a while. The meat market and store was nice. They had a nice assortment of BBQ sauces and rubs, too bad they don’t use them.
