Add this to your list of restaurants to try in Estes Park. The wild game meatloaf loaf is a great way to experience elk meat if you’ve never had it before. You won’t regret stopping in whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. It’s the perfect date spot.

Had a good half chicken serving on mash and a river trout on bed of rice. Washed it down with cider and local craft. The house captain brought us a good selection of hot sauce to try. Very nice. A cozy place to have lunch. Patio is good too.

I chose the only terrible option on the menu- the club sandwich.. the bread was dry and very very hard. They didn’t even give me a full piece of bacon. The French dip I am told is incredible, and the chicken sandwich I am also told was really good. I guess just don’t order the club?

My favorite breakfast is a good eggs Benedict, I can’t even express how spot on and absolutely delicious this one was! From the perfectly cooked poached egg to the richness and creaminess of the holindaise sauce, I will visit this place everytime I head to Estes!

I was definitely wanting to try something different and the wild game meatloaf was it. I love the flavor and the consistency really didn’t need much of a knife. I wish I had taken a picture of the elk burger because I will definitely be trying that next time. I was definitely a big fan of the gravy if I lived close enough I would be tempted to get a side of that to take home.

I was alone and sat in the bar area, but they also offered me a table. I ordered the elk sausage fettuccine, an iced tea, and a hazy IPA. The fettuccine was very good, as was everything else. The staff was very friendly, and overall, everything was great.

Our hotel (Estes park inn) suggested this place. Seated immediately. Food was delicious and fast. Large portions VERY reasonably priced. Wonderful service. This place is amazing!! (Ribs appetizer, fish n chips, Cobb, and chicken sandwich) Nicolas was our server and he was the best!!!!!

I ordered the game meatloaf and it was absolutely delightful—savory, tender, and full of flavor, the perfect comfort food after a day in the mountains. The atmosphere has that cozy mountain-town charm, and the staff really make the experience special.
