I had the pleasure of experiencing this restaurant via DoorDash.
My food was made fresh, to order. I got their catfish and shrimp platter which came with fries, and I ordered a side of their Mac and cheese.
They included silverware, napkins, and condiments (cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and ketchup).
The nice touch that makes this place stand out- they take the work out of your meal- which for us who are hungry, we love. What I mean is- they remove the tail from the shrimp, so you can just eat them!!! They’re very well seasoned, and cooked to perfection.
Their catfish is excellent. They use a cornmeal style coating – it is fresh and has tangy notes. They did an excellent job preparing the catfish too ( removing the black membrane that usually comes on catfish) 10/10
Now this Mac and cheese? SOMEBODY KISS THE CHEF WITH RED LIPSTICK, and don’t let it smear. It’s a classic southern baked Mac and cheese- and it doesn’t need any adjustments.
Worth the price, the portion is excellent.

Let me tell you how much I absolutely loved this place!!! The service was phenomenal, the food was amazing, and the prices are so great for the portion size. And the bartender has some amazing drinks to suggest.

The views from the dining room of the lake are amazing. In addition, the food and service were outstanding. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted right away. The food was hot and well seasoned. I added crab legs to my shrimp dinner, and they were cooked perfectly. Can’t wait until I’m in the area again to try more of their menu items.

We went on a Friday during lunch hours for the five dollar clusters. we built our own bowl/bag.. really enjoyed the seafood, eggs, potatoes, and the corn, just wasn’t a fan of the fried green tomatoes. Which they did remove from our ticket..the only thing I would’ve changed, that they were likely breaded.

Wasn’t sure if I was eating a salt block or the Philly cheesesteak sandwich I ordered. Nothing subtle about their seasoning… The sweet tea was just sweet, no tea; the cheese sticks were cheesy, but I’m not sure if I was eating mozzarella or Parmesan because there was plenty of both. Maybe the cooks were just being “extra” that day.

Awesome restaurant with great views of the river! Delicious food – the shrimp and grits are perfectly seasoned and a plentiful portion. They also make one of the best mixed drinks I’ve ever had, the painkiller – if you like coconut, give it a try!
