We stopped by on the way to DFW from Choctaw. The inside of the coffee shop seems like it would be a really good place to study if you are school or just a place to chill with friends. We ordered a hot Caramel Toasted Marshmallow and a iced chai with almond milk. We also got a chocolate chip and a veggie cookie. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The woman who took our order was nice and the order came out quickly. We would recommend this if you are in the area.

Was told yes that both Matcha & Chai Latte are non-sweetened, but both are very sweet. Trashed after drinking half a cup. The food items are ok though.

Wanted so much to love this place! They have the absolute best intentions. The good: decent, inoffensive coffee; interesting offerings for snacks, small meals; collaboration with local suppliers; diversity in the workforce.
The not so good: rude, insensitive workers at times and at other times, the nicest people ever. Strangely sticky black varnished tables: do they need a good cleaning, or is the varnish compromised and they need to be sanded and redone? The menu is so complex that it can try the patience of not only the staff but the patrons. The coffee, as I mentioned, is inoffensive. That is, it is smooth and uni-dimensional, so if you are seeking nuance and forest shade flavors, you may be disappointed. If they can hone their goals to a less complicated approach, this shop will thrive. I look forward to trying the place again soon to see how improvements are coming along. We are cheering for your success!

Hey there! Once you step inside the front door, you’ll spot the cashier on your left—just give them a quick visit to place your order. Afterwards, feel free to explore the cool decor and the aquaponics setup while you look for the perfect spot to sit.

When our food arrived, the aroma was absolutely delightful! And let me tell you, it tasted even better. The roasted red potatoes were packed with flavor and went perfectly with the sausage and eggs.

I’m already excited for my next visit to CJs!

Better Than Starbucks – and I Love Starbucks!

Stopped by CJ’s on a whim and tried the iced brown sugar latte – honestly, it was better than Starbucks (and I say that as a Starbucks fan) The coffee was smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. The best I have ever had.

Such a cozy little spot with a great vibe and friendly service.

Only regret? I’m heading back to Scotland on Monday… otherwise, I’d be at CJ’s every week without fail. Be sure I’ll be getting one on my way out!

If you’re in the area, do yourself a favour and stop in – this place is a gem!

My first time will not be my last, 30-minutes drive be damned.

Ordered the Black & Bleu Salad to go along with my Mexican Mocha.

Phenomenal food, great tasting coffee, amazing vibes, and friendly and attentive staff.

I like the atmosphere in this place, and the coffee is really good and strong. The nitro iced coffee was a little too strong for me; maybe if they added ice to it, it would be much better.
My son ordered a BLT sandwich, and it looked very well made with fresh ingredients.
The tables were dirty, so we had to get napkins to cover it.
The menu says it has gluten-free options, but it is not clear which ones they are.
The staff is not very knowledgeable about the menu items.
The only thing I could see that was designated as gluten-free is the gf oatmeal and peanut butter cookies.
Many folks with celiac have sensitivities to gluten-free oats and to peanuts. So that was kind of sad.
The prices are fair for the quality of the food and coffee.
With that said, I would get coffee here again.

Drive-through attendant got upset that I did not leave a tip. After purchasing two sandwiches and a coffee, which was $17, I asked for a sauce and they ended up charging me an extra dollar for a sauce. I have been going to CJ‘s since they have benn open and never been charged for the exact same sauce. Everything is overpriced, managers and owners do not appreciate the business and they will be losing a life long customer. I’m very disappointed with what CJ‘s has become. Hope this changes somebody’s decision on choosing this place.

Stopped for a quick drive-thru breakfast on a road trip. We had never heard of this place. The drive-thru was super fast and the girl who took our order was friendly and helpful! But, most importantly…. The food was SO GOOD. I loved the mocha pro (protein shake with two shots of espresso), and I also had the Caprese Avocado Toast which was beautiful and so tasty! My kids loved the parfait and the warm blueberry muffin. My husband says his latte was great (much better than Starbucks). And, lastly, the prices are very reasonable. Definitely check them out!

AKA Lettuce Indulge Kitchen.

Very friendly and helpful staff with great recommendations. We got the maple banana pecan waffles and meatlovers brunch toast with two lavender lattes. Everything was DELICIOUS!! This is our go to place to stop for a snack and a coffee when driving between DFW and OK/AR. Nearly everything including the bread is homemade or made in house.
