I will not be back here. I’m a strong believer in your employees make the restaurant just as much as the customers. I watched the OWNER, show out today on one of his employees and later saw the same employee fleeing out the store crying and leave in her vehicle. I’ve also witnessed several other negative remarks the owner has remade regarding other people’s beliefs and ideals. I hope the owner learns his lesson because there’s only 3 employees now and needed the help he could get.

Around 2 to 3 o’clock they have ran out of your essential bbq staples, pulled pork, hash and rice, chicken. Don’t know when it’s available or how much they make but every single time I’ve tried to drop by on the way to work in the afternoon they have little to nothing available. Save your money watch a YouTube video and make it yourself. You’re not missing out, if you can’t be bothered and don’t want to take the time and if you want good bbq that’s available take the extra time and go to batesburg and go to Shealys. You won’t be disappointed just get their early because the line can wrap out the door it’s that good.

The wide variety of sauces allow for a picky person like myself to get the sauce that you love. The Mac n cheese was amazing. Brisket and pulled pork were great. The over all service was fantastic. We have lived in the area for 4 years looking for a bbq place I love and CJs is 100% it now.

Had my fair share of BBQ, and found its all about how the sauce is made and how the meat is smoked. The Pulled Pork is is smoked well, but not too dry. And the Eastern Carolina Vinegar based just enriches the flavor of the meat well.

EXCELLENT!!!! BBQ. I had the ribs and they were cooked perfectly. Tender and smokey. We also had the whole chicken and it was also tender and smokey. I usually don’t eat the breast of chicken due to it usallly being dry but I ate this one. The coleslaw was juicy and fresh, very good. The Mac and cheese was out of this world good. Very cheesy cooked perfectly. Price was more than fair for this EXCELLENT BBQ dinner. Great job to all that are involved at this BBQ restrant! I will be returning asap.

The food here is fantastic! Yes it is take out only, and they sell out fast because it is so good. I got there on Friday at around 5:30. The people ahead of me got the last of the brisket and the Peach cobbler. The ribs and pulled pork were delicious!

Hash is sweet. Smoked sausage is like I cooked in my oven. Potato salad is prepacked not made in house. Not sure bout other sides. Great customer service. Clean. Would try more for a better review.
