This is our second time at CityBird (not sure why we don’t do it more often), first time at this location. I’ve been impressed with the food and service at both locations, however I have to give a shout out to Jordan (the GM I believe). He is the kind of employee that anyone would want on their team! He treated us great, went above and beyond in my opinion. We watched him do everything from taking orders to cleaning tables, sweeping the floor and making sure all the customers had everything they needed.
Back to the food, in my opinion the tenders are the best I’ve had, so is the salad. We will be back

If i want to decide to go to for a fried chicken this place will be my first choice. Chicken fingers were not dried at all and they were juicy. They weren’t oily at all and they had perfect seasoning. Their fries could have been better but it was a really good deal compared to size and its quality.

First time here, pleasantly surprised, chicken was very fresh, and the breading was very tasty

The food is great and the atmosphere is great but I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service! Every employee that I have ever encountered here is so caring and nice. Came in this afternoon with some grumpy kids and they were so niceband kind about the situation these employees have the better customer service than sit down restaurants where the servers depend on tips. I will never go to another chicken restaurant!

Love these tenders. They are so tender and have a little spice to them.. The city sauce or the hot honey are great for dipping. The truffle sandwich was excellent. The half salad side is a great option if you don’t want fries. Now they have a chicken salad which is a great new addition

Good tenders and different takes on sauces. Lemon Thyme is among my favorites

The tenders are definitely moist, and a lot more natural/homemade looking and tasting than a place like Raising Canes. They are a bit small (1-2″ wide by 4-6″ long), but 4 tenders is the appropriate size meal for one person. Fries are very thin and loaded with parmesan, but otherwise pretty typical. Honey Dijon dipping sauce is tasty. Side salad is huge with lots of good green things. Overall, it was a little pricey, but it tasted good and more natural than fastfood. I’d come again every so often.

Love the food from most Thunderdome Restaurant Group (parent company of this place). This is the one I like the least. Chicken tenders had good flavor, but too much breading and small for what you are paying for. Sauces were very “liquid” so it was hard to coat the chicken well without having them drip all over. Although the fries were good was hoping for less pepper and more of the other flavors (and based on other restaurants they know how to make things flavorful). Salad was ok. Overall, overpriced for what you are getting.

The quality and flavor of the tenders is excellent however they are on the smaller side. For our family of 6 we order the 40 count which you have to call ahead for because it is part of their “catering” menu. My big complaint is that I also ordered a large salad from the catering menu and I realized after the fact that the price was $45 for the salad. It is not very large, maybe worth $20 or less. Salad quality is okay, better than some but not as good as LaRosa’s or Wendy’s. (See photos)
