Hats off to the creator of this wonderful coffee spot. The menu is fantastic. We moved out of state and now this is the only spot I come when back in town or when I tell others that visit the area.

I was on the road so I looked for a new place or something local, I ended up here at City Roots and I dig the vibes.
Seems great for remote work, quiet music, low noise when the roaster isn’t on.
I was greeted promptly and I ordered the Espresso Cielo. Drink was hand crafted and really tasty.
There’s inside and outside seating. Inside holds about 30 people. Free WiFi , food, and craft beer round out the menu.
The only gripe was not finding it. From the road there is a lot for the electric depot. The facade of the building just looks like an office. You have to walk around the back.

If I could give 100 stars I would ! I’m literally sitting in the shop writing this because it couldn’t wait. I was great and COMPLIMENTED!!! All of the beautiful people behind the bar had smiles and were ready to help. Egg bites were amazing and this is the best iced latte I’ve had in quite some time.

Got a mocha and it was so good, it changed my wife’s mind and she wanted her own. This is the only place I have tasted a Macha that I liked.

A wonderful place to get Matcha and other coffee items. I love the ambience and aesthetics of the restaurant. Friendly service, lots of specialty drinks here. I highly recommend it would come back.

Very cool cafe with pretty good coffee. They have some baked goods too. The staff members are nice are very competent. They have plenty of seating area inside and a lot more on the outside. Stays open till 9 usually. The decorations are nice and music is understated. The parking area is shared with a few other businesses so the parking on either sides can be used.

Y’all! This place is great, especially if you’re looking for a shot of caffeine mid road trip. It’s not too much of a detour, and the stop is well worth it.
Now let’s talk coffee. We kept to cold brews given the weather, and they were just what we needed. The whipped espresso and espresso cielo were amazing

I love this place. The people remember you, are so friendly and they make some really good match and coffee! This place is a little sentimental to me and my fiancé now too. It was our first “date” spot, and now we go every weekend (going on our wedding morning too). If you are just visiting, I recommend and if you are from here I recommend. Basically just come.

Was one of the first customers here on a Sunday Morning. The cashier lady was very cute and friendly and even asked how I was (I was an absolute train wreck).
I ordered a chai latte and bought some other things from the display shelf. Before I could string a coherent sentence together my Chai Latte was ready. I took a seat @ the 4top on the NW corner of the cafe and chugged my hot chai latte then left.
