You MUST try City Pizza & Mexican Food!!!
After my 2nd visit being today, I feel a review is due! Our first visit consisted of a Vodka Pizza (Which was AWESOME!!!), an order of Veggie Enchiladas w/ red sauce (The enchiladas were AMAZING! However, not sure if I just tried the red sauce on a bad day, but it had little to no flavor which was a little disappointing), and an order of Chicken Enchiladas w/ green sauce for my girlfriend (Needless to say, she’s OBSESSED with how good the enchiladas are and she said she’s never tasted a better green sauce [which I tried and completely agree!])
Today, both my girlfriend and I revisited the enchiladas. Her’s being the chicken w/ green sauce again (Which she LOVES!!!) And mine bring the vegetable enchiladas again but this time I got them w/ Chipotle sauce (AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT! THE CHIPOTLE SAUCE IS ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!!! The flavor is absolutely life changing, with the perfect amount of heat to compliment the flavor of the sauce!) 15/10 would recommend to all that can handle heat
And quite honestly, the best part about City Pizza and Mexican Food, is their portion to price ratio! You get awesome portion sizing that is friendly on the wallet / budget and the quality of food makes it all the more worth it! We will definitely be repeat & returning customers and I HIGHLY advise anyone who is thinking about trying City Pizza and Mexican Food to stop thinking and walk through the door or call and place an order IMMEDIATELY! YOU WON’T REGRET IT AT ALL!!!

Don’t second guess your decision to eat here! There is something for everyone. It’s GOOD. Seriously.

The Mexican food is a nice blend of traditional mexican from the southwest, mixed with styles of the northeast. Guacamole is great and as other reviews have said, the al pastor tacos are delicious! They are served street taco style, but you can opt out of onions and or cilantro if you want. The BRC burrito was spot on. We ordered it dry and it still tasted great. The jamaica drink is the best that I have ever had and they make it fresh daily. No mixes.
The Pizza is nice blend of New York style sauce, a denser cheese, and the crust is like a cross between New York style and Chicago style. Not too thin, not too thick. It will fill you up.
The cheesecake is amazing.

City pizza, I’ve got to say is the Best in the area, very unique Pizza Place offering not just Mexican food DELICIOUSLY consistent Mexican food. After several visits I had to drop a Review. I have found very few to none New York style pizza places in the area and further. This officially Takes it, coming from a Former New Yorker. The Garlic Knots can even generously undeniably meet those standards. Excellent pizza . Great flavor in the sauce, cheese baked to perfection even with some bubbles just the way I like it. The crust is not to be uneaten as it is delicious and no burned bottom at all. No flop either. It can easily be a Brooklyn style thin crust. The birria tacos and their dipping sauce are nothing short of phenomenal. A serious must try. No Regrets. Absolutely going to try more from this spot. Check them out. Your appetite deserves it.

Pizza was good, the bistec tacos on the other hand were dry and tasteless, not even the lime and red and green sauces elevated it enough to consider it good. Definitely disappointing, but i would try other pizza from them. Kind of skeptical to try more Mexican food, which is odd because the cook there is Mexican so I thought it would be the opposite experience

Great pizza and wings haven’t tried their Mexican food yet. This is one of our favorites and they have great specials and good food. Top notch customer service. I say that because 1 time they shorted us a couple wings on the order but gave us a full order,another time they forgot to give us the wings, but called to let my know they forgot them before the delivery driver even got here. The first time on the short order, I called the guy was very nice and understanding, told me they would deliver the short, ended up sending a full order + some. Great all around shop.

So I ordered a few things on Grubhub. Requested removal of certain things due to allergies. Made to understand they don’t have a means of accommodating that. Grubhub cancelled the order so after some thought, replaced it with a swap. Order got cancelled again and the business got labeled as closed. So basically tells me I’m not trying for a third time.
Just be forewarned of potential complications with allergies. I can’t comment on the food at all, but the flip to closed was fairly dirty practice.

The Mexican sandwiches here are amazing! We live in NEPA and it’s all about steak and cheese……and they are really good, but they’re dog doo doo compared to these.

We order this for lunch at the gun store. We order this for dinner at home. We recommend this to people who ask about pizza, and also to people who don’t. We always order the same thing (large pepperoni pizza with garlic on the crust) and it’s ALWAYS good. Always. This is classic pizza: the crust is not too thick and not too thin and is baked to perfection, the sauce is tasty and abundant, the generous topping of cheese is nicely melty, and the pepperoni is just greasy enough to feel nostalgically decadent. The other stuff is probably really tasty too, but please try the pizza first…it’s ALWAYS good!
