i used to love this place. i probably ordered at least twice a month and have always gotten the same thing with zero issue. they just went under new management and you can absolutely tell they cheated out on every single aspect of the restaurant. not only did every single food item i looked at have an increase in price but what i received also had a severe decrease in quality. the pizza looked like crap but i was hoping it would still taste good and like the city pizza i’ve always had and it tastes dry and cheap. it is straight up not good at all. the cheesy bread had a $3 increase which is just crazy and also looks unappealing and i don’t even want to try it after tasting that pizza. along with these price increases and cheap products, the delivery itself was super unprofessional this time. the driver didn’t even bother getting out of the car and was too busy talking to his passenger to notice me waiting in the rain for my dinner. then, he had me take my own food out of the pizza carrier. just feels super unprofessional. i can’t continue to order what used to be my favorite pizza anymore.

Gtfoh Like Jake Paul once said, “Anyone, Anytime, Any Place!!” Make sure you tip though if you’re gna order from Ludlow at 3AM , that’s a 30mile round trip and I think it was about .67 cents a mile in maintenance. This place is absolutely one of the worst places to order from cause they can’t get a simple order right a grinder and a pizza they delivered the food and the grinder was wrong called them to have it fixed and they where very hesitant and argumentative about fixing the issue they created but they sent out another grinder that we thought would be right but I guess that was too much to ask for and once again the grinder was wrong so we called back a second time and they completely blamed us for the wrong order and started to aggressively argue with us over the phone!!!! Who ever owns this place should absolutely be ashamed of the people they have working for them cause they are completely incompetent and can’t even take a simple order

Delivery experience. Do not get the lasagna. Nope. Run far away from that. Swimming in grease, oil, tough noodles, sauce and cheese all over. And under the basket top of cheese was some that looked curdled even. That would be a 1 star.

I recently ordered a grinder from City Pizza (which is under new management) on a Sunday around 5:40PM and had a frustrating experience. After placing my order, I was informed that delivery would take between 50 minutes to an hour. I wish they had mentioned upfront that they were swamped with orders before I placed mine. To make matters worse, when I asked to cancel, they told me it wasn’t possible because my order had already gone through the system. I ended up paying $22 and change for an order I wasn’t even sure I wanted anymore due to the long wait. To make matters worse, I never got the delivery. She told me that I would have to cancel the transaction through my bank. I expected better communication and flexibility from a place like this. Very disappointing. Poor Customer Service, and poor problem-solving.
