Love this place. Best restaurant I have found since moving to Oklahoma. Eat here once a week. I like the chicken vermicelli my husband loves the orange chcicken. Egg rolls are fabulous and so are the crab puffs. Don’t miss out and eat there today!

Such a pleasant surprise to find a vermicelli bowl this delicious in rural OK. Pictured is the pork vermicelli with an extra egg roll. Flavors are slightly different than what I’m used to in the Asian District, but nothing too sweet or salty – all is balanced and cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to try the pho on a cooler day. Staff are friendly and clearly love their locals/regulars. Don’t come here for the decor lol but that’s part of the charm. Focus is on the food where it should be.

Loved finding this hidden little gem in a country town. I didn’t expect to when I searched for it.
The only negative response would be the atmosphere. It’s definitely lacking but that easily gets ignored the moment you are face deep in a pho bowl. There was a tornado just miles away on the ground and raining like a hurricane outside and I barely noticed.

Last time I had broth like this was in Seattle. It was so good in Seattle, I ate two bowls and was miserable afterwards. This time was about the same. You know you got a good broth when you eat half the soup before adding all the fixings, especially the bean sprouts to cool it down, which I turn alters the flavor. I’ve eaten at nearly all the older pho restaurants around OKC and suburbs, and this little place has had the best broth yet. My second favorite to this is of course Pho Lien Hoa, another no frills atmosphere place lol

Another note worthy thing, is that I’m an adventurous eater and like all of the cow in my bowl. Flank, tendon, etc. it adds to that rich note worthy flavor. This time I was filling healthy and went with the veggies and tofu. That’s what surprised me the most with how good the broth tasted!

Now the only problem is after I’m done visiting in Purcell, I’ll have to drive all the way down here to scratch that itch.

The food is delicious! We had pho, lo mein and fried rice. Best I’ve ever had. The staff was really friendly, too.

Great tasting food! I had the Salmon Teriyaki which was served perfectly steamed and sautéed with sesame seeds and chives. It was paired with a well seasoned fried rice bowl that paired very well with the choice meat.

The pricing is fair and not something that will break the bank. The proportions of the food adequately match the price.

The service was very attentive given the number of patrons inside. The building itself doesn’t lend to the quality of food but DO NOT let this deter you from great food!

Will definitely revisit City Phó!

We walk in. The place is shabby. Our server takes us to our slightly sticky table wearing his sweat shorts and demon slayer shirt.

I’m not a rookie, so I know this food is either going to be terrible or life-changing good.

Fortunately, it was the latter.

The pho broth tastes like it was seasoned with the very essence of God’s love.

The meat in the vermicelli bowl seems to have been charred with the fiery breath of flavor dragons.

After a bite of the chicken Lo mein, I’m pretty sure I connected with Buddha and found nirvana.

Even the water tasted sweeter than it should.

The spring rolls were spring rolls.

Unfortunately, this place is an hour away from where I live – but it should be a testament to its quality that I will find every excuse to make it back to this little haven of deliciousness.

I have had this place several times now and it’s just as good as the first time I ate here. The food is AMAZING. The dumplings both fried & steamed are one of the family favs. This is one of our favorite local place to eat. We are so happy they are here in Purcell! Plus fast!! 10/10 also recommended the sesame & orange chicken.
