City Park Tavern is a real hidden gem on the edge of downtown Denver. Good food and an even better view of the sun setting behind the cityscape in the distance. Since the dining room looks down towards the Zoo, you can even see the Zoo lights while you eat in the holiday months of the year. We will definitely be returning for another meal.

When winter comes around and they have that prime rib….we are there about twice a month lol. Friendly people. Sometimes they’re not staffed up so there is just one poor guy running around when it’s busy. But just order a drink and relax because the food is good. The price is right. The view of downtown is incredible. And this is one of our neighborhood faves so duh, we will be back!

Went here on a Friday evening for dinner. Food was good but nothing to write home about. I had the green chili burger. Although it wasn’t busy when we got there they seemed short staffed and couldn’t bus a table by the window so we could sit there. Not a huge thing but it makes my review a 4. The acoustic in this place makes it very loud. I didn’t realize that it was IN the clubhouse so it took us a bit to find it from maps. Signage is not good. The view is very nice.

Just an all around great place to eat. If you.sit outside, the view is spectacular. We ate outside so I don’t know the.atmosphere inside.

Absolute incredible restaurant. One of Denver’s hidden gems. This place is classy, cheap, and has the best view of the Denver city skyline. If you don’t play golf or want to, come in for an amazing atmosphere! Highly recommend and will definitely come again

Came here for brunch, wasn’t very busy on a weekday so the service was fast. Golfer walking by commented that we had the best seats in Denver, and she wasn’t wrong. The view is fantastic, especially from the patio. It was also cheap considering the area, under $24 for 2 meals (no charge for water)
