Breakfast tacos and coffee are on point. Damn, Ile be going here often. Opens at 7am on weekdays and 9am on Saturday. Some complain about the service but that’s because they don’t understand that this is a food truck not a fast food place so wait if you want good food home made. Otherwise take yourself somewhere that caters to your time. Come here for good food not fast food.
Vibe is chill and country so it’s enjoyable. Even got biscuits and gravy home made.

Just found out that they make a breakfast brisket hamburger…so I added a hard fried egg with top and bottom cheese and chopped brisket…amazing.

Stopped here one day just to try it since it is on my way to work. First off, service is great, she is the sweetest and very welcoming. Ordered a breakfast burrito, also . Came back another time. This time I tried the peach cobbler, omg it is the best peach cobbler I’ve had. Overall, it has been great all around.

First off I want to say I have really terrible IBS so my stomach is ALWAYS incredibly sensitive so I tend to never eat at food trucks. However, I am so happy that I gave this one a shot. The burgers, tacos, hot dogs, EVERYTHING, tastes amazing and I have never had stomach issues. I come to this food truck every time I am in the area (about once a week) and they have never once disappointed. The workers are so friendly and eager to help and prices are fantastic. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to the chef and he makes new delicious recipes all the time, and is also one of the friendliest person I have ever met. Fantastic job all around. I expect that this food truck will become popular fast so if you’re in the area, definitely grab a bite for you and yours.

My daughter is the only one that got a burger here. Big mistake for the rest of us! She let us taste it and we were so jealous! Their burger is the absolute best! We are literally waiting until they open Tues to get our own!

Paid $10 for a breakfast burrito that was missing the meat and other ingredients I requested. When I reached out to the owner, because I didn’t find out until I was at work, I was ignored. This was the second time my order was not correct, but to pay $10 for potatoes and eggs, I would have appreciated for my order to be remade. Won’t be back and would not recommend.

Went there for their special event for BBQ. There was nothing wrong with the food. It was fine. Nothing to write home about but OK. I thought $13 was kind of pricey for a BBQ sandwich and fries, but not really much to complain about. The service sucked though. Having to stand outside this trailer baking in the sun while it took them ages just to take orders from people was brutal. I probably waited 10 minutes just for 1 person in front of me to order. Then when I got up there the employee wandered off and made me wait longer. I don’t think I’ll repeat that experience.

I kept driving by this place on my way to the train station one day after the other and never hitting it to try before they closed at their 2pm sign off. They’re a food truck set up in front of another marketplace which they say runs on Saturdays though I’ve never been in the right place at the right time to experience that either.

So anyway, today on the way home from seeing The Rosen House Inn in another area of town I got completely lost, ended up off the beaten path at Lancaster or Rosedale? and I.M. Terrell High School and finally landed a road I knew that ended up back in front of the food truck.

Just in time for a 10 AM burger I said and they were not reluctant let’s say, but rolling it over in mind as to whether or not they could at that point roll it over for a burger for breakfast.

The answer was yes by which I was delighted and agreeable to waiting the additional minutes it would take to prepare my not pre frozen, but made from scratch burger and fries.

They provided me a coffee with creamer and didn’t balk when I asked for an ice cube so I was happy about that and about the few minutes I had to go exploring the area under the metallic truss where it would be necessary to sit because it had been raining all morning long.

They had foosball though I had no partner and a basketball game though I didn’t wander that far back into the fold. Additionally they had signs out looking for Children Vendors so that they could participate in an upcoming marketplace designed specifically for them. A nice idea I thought and resolved to try to remember them on upcoming Saturday mornings.

I forgot a food picture, but my regular hamburger and fries with no onion tastily hit the spot and I continued on my way.
