I hate leaving bad reviews because I know what it’s like to be short staffed but the attitude of staff with the amount of time it took to eat (1 1/2 hours) and we came at a none busy time and it felt like we weren’t wanted. Half of us were done eating before the other half got their food. I don’t blame our waitress one bit but management/ownership really needs to be fixed. People will be way more understanding if you just close the kitchen due to staffing. But we were never offered an explanation or apology and our bill was over $100.
After talking to some people it sounds like when they lost their good server it went down hill. Good help is hard to find but everyone should hold the skills to be friendly and nice.

Bryce is an amazing server! He is always hustling, friendly, and efficient. Some of the newer servers tend to serve their “regulars” first and more often than other patrons. We try to go on nights where we know Bryce is working, as he consistently provides amazing service.

well, went there even after Ppl told me not to sat ordered gut her drinks mind you she put in and took about four other orders before we got her drinks which if I sit down and I’m thirsty is kind of annoying but whatever walk past us probably about 50 times considering we are right by the kitchen finally after we asked for the third time where food was informed us that the ticket must’ve been lost and it would be about half hour. I will rush it or anything like that just it’ll be another half hour. We just got up and left never offered us our drink which we said no we will not be paying for these come on now the worst service I’ve ever heard of.

We are spoiled to live so close to this place! Their food is good old fashioned made from scratch, tastiness in very bite! Be sure you save room for dessert too– we especially love their cheesecake and carrot cake! Yum!
