The manager was really nice. Asked how we were doing this morning and how the food looked and was. The food is well prepared and they are pretty quick. Looks like they got some new items too. The front desk worker was kind as well. I would recommend this for people who don’t wanna wait long and want friendlier service.

Ate here for the first time today, and kicking myself for not coming earlier. The food was DELICIOUS. Everything was flavorful, hot, fresh and tasty. I didn’t care for the sausage links or the turkey patties, but honestly not a deal breaker. The juice and cafe choices were so good I couldn’t decide and got 4 different ones to try. The juices are really good. and the chai latte, This is our new spot!

Second visit was just as lovely! Staff is so friendly and you just don’t see that everywhere anymore!

First timer here. I’d highly recommend City Egg on Bethel Rd. The manager, Benjamin was awesome! His customer service was unmatched. He walked thru my order, made sure I got the order quickly (less than 5 minutes) and came to check on me himself. It was a great experience and the food was delicious! I got the pancakes with eggs, bacon and hash-browns. Stop in and try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Lastly, ask for Benjamin if it’s your first time.

We walk into this nice little spot not knowing what to expect. Everything was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We ordered our food on the Ipads provided and customized what we wanted. Once we finished, we paid the lady and waited. There was a separate station for drinks and food. Our drinks were ready super quick and we found our table to seat ourselves. Our food came shortly after and was steaming hot and abundant. We got silverware as well as other condiments we needed. The major plus, they had Frank’s Red Hot sauce and we really enjoyed our meal. It was very filling and we will definitely be back.

The food was reasonably priced. You can purchase an entire meal for under $15. City egg is like a chic restaurant. You walk in and grab a menu, order and pay at the kiosk. After this, while your order is preparing, they have a tv screen which shows the status of your order. While waiting you can pick up your utensils and condiments. Once your food is ready they call you to come grab your order. I ordered an egg white omelet and I thought the cheese would be inside the omelet, but they laid it on top of the omelet and it was too much cheese. The hash browns were enjoyable and the fruit and the juice were delicious. I would try this place again. The service was quick. The food was good- nothing epic but decent. My friend had the pancakes and said they were delicious.

First time here. Called ahead to check wait and was only told it was first come first serve. Food was ok, nothing special. Food took 45 minutes and was plated to go even though we ordered dine in. The restaurant felt dirty. My coffee mug was disgusting, I could scrape off coffee residue. Generally unimpressed, won’t be back.

Food was good but they did mess up our order. They corrected it and even refunded my wifes meal for a hair in it.

Overall the prices are good, the coffee is good, the staff just needs to pay better attention to the orders i think.

Interesting concept take out or eat in for breakfast food. Lots of choices, you put you order in either self kiosk or with a counter person. Food was good and hot. We ate in and the heat was not working so they improvised with portable heaters. I would go back.

Wow!!!! Coincidently I ended having my breakfast here. They have tons of items for breakfast with egg omelet as per your choice, sandwich and toast. Also they server super nice pan cakes with different flavors. They are quick to deliver the order with advanced automated ordering picking system. The staff is pretty cool, n they guide you to order as well explain you about the dish. They have good infrastructure. Having breakfast here makes your day astonishing.

It honestly might be better to cook your own breakfast or lunch, but sometimes you just don’t want to and this restaurant is surviving because of it.

It can be really good, but unfortunately they are not consistent. We found for us the best time for food from here is in the morning before 10. I’m not sure if there is a staff change or if they run out of ingredients, but the quality goes down during the lunch time. Coffee is hit or miss, too. If you order carry out, check if everything is in there and that they made it to order. Or just make your own breakfast if you feel like it.
