I see alot of bad reviews but I like this place I mean it’s expensive, but what place isn’t…the music is good, the hookah is good, the service is good…I’ve been here about 10 times in the last 6 months or so…I’ve never had a billing issue, was never double charged ( I’ve checked multiple times after using credit and debit cards)…idk it’s a nice lil chill spot…it’s not downtown Cleveland so don’t expect that and the bathrooms are disgusting but I like this place

Visited this place after 7 years (used to come here in high school – I KNOW lol) but it has only gone downhill! Brought a friend here for hookah/shots to bring-in his bday – he was sooo disappointed. I felt terrible that I even recommended this spot! The feminine male server (short/brownskin) is awful!!! Who hired him? Are you trying to put yourself out of business?! He was more concerned with attending to his table of friends who weren’t paying for ANYTHING! I won’t be back EVER! The hookah sucks also. And if you order shots, be prepared to only received a half-shot! Drink before you come here! Actually… don’t even come here. We left to go down the street to Meraki.

Had a great time. We really enjoyed ourselves. I haven’t been here in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised. Only downside is they don’t have food. Link up with a food truck or something local (especially on Coventry) for people to be able to order food.

I came here with six of my friends on a Thursday. It was very slow with only 1 table of about 4 who were already there. The server was a male and it took him forever to tend to us. Once he came over he asked for our ID’s, I tried to give him my state BMV issued temporary ID paper, but he refused to take it stating that they only accept photo identification, which is exactly what a temporary ID is. The man had a tedious attitude so Me and my party decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend coming here to others in the future.

If you come across this review, think of another hookah lounge and visit. This guys are thieves. I read a couple reviews and ignored but same thing happened to me days after. They charged my card few days after I visited this place. If you must go there , better not use your card.

They charge my card twice! 10/22 I went and got hookah with my friends! This morning at 7 am on 10/24 They charged my card again for a different amount! I suggested you don’t come to this please! Clearly they stealing money from people! The fact it’s multiple comments saying this! Shows volumes

Service, drinks and Hookah were amazing. I read some previous reviews I found online and saw that a few people posted about being charged twice – I didn’t think anything of it, probably a fluke. Unfortunately, I was also charged twice – I’d like to chalk it up as some kind of system error, but with the consistency that this seems to be happening to myself and others.. it feels a little shady now. Don’t think we’ll be back, which sucks, because we really enjoy it.

Dress code a little strict but understandable. Love it! Their workers are really cool and friendly! They even remember who you are after a while. I tend to go there for drinks every once in a while. Fridays are pretty good day to go. Not too dead but not too packed either.
