Food was decent overall. I wasn’t really a fan of the matcha tea, but everything else was solid. The best part of this place is definitely the environment and the service. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and it makes you want to sit and stay awhile. Chris was my server and he made me feel phenomenal…attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Great service goes a long way, and he really elevated the experience.

This was my first time having breakfast here, and I am very pleased with the experience. The coffee was exceptional, and the breakfast I ordered was equally impressive. Our waitress provided attentive and courteous service throughout the visit. I also purchased a few pastries to take home and am looking forward to trying the cannolis.

I really wanted to enjoy my visit because the server was very nice and attentive, but the food was a huge disappointment. I ordered the new salmon croquette meal and for $21, I was honestly shocked at what came out. The plate had two small patties and a few pieces of lettuce—no sides at all. For that price point, it absolutely should have come with at least one or two sides. I couldn’t believe I spent that much money and still left hungry. Great service, but the portion and value for this meal were extremely disappointing.

I have visited Germany many times and there is nothing on this earth quite like German sausages and authentic sauerkraut and this place completely knocks it out out of the park. Not to mention the entire sausage platter that I ordered was just $20. It was 25% cheaper than I would have been extremely happy to pay lol
I wish they had a larger selection of German beers. I really wanted a good German Hefe but I cannot complain too much.
The seating outside was absolutely gorgeous and I would highly recommend making a reservation to see if you can secure a seat here when it is not too hot. The traffic is a little annoying, but it is well-maintained super clean and a wonderful breeze can totally make your day.
As I said before, the prices are totally reasonable and while we did not get anything from the bakery, the selection was massive and seems to be a huge draw.
The place is very clean, very professional and we had no trouble making reservations on a Saturday. I have heard in the past that this place can get very busy on the weekends.

1st time here. I wanted breakfast food n at that time it was over. I ended up getting a ceaser salad and other got a burger and crab cake. We ate outside.

I had the NY strip steak. Originally I ordered the lamb but they did not have it so I got the steak. It was good. It came with broccoli, carrots, and mashed potatoes which were good. The turtle cheesecake was delicious. I loved it so much.

Visited for the first time and enjoyed their Caesar Salad variation, with bacon, which I had never had before.
The Wiener Schnitzel was authentically German, and the Garlic Smashed Potatoes were good.
The highlight for me, though, was the Cheesecake and the Danish that I got to carry home for breakfast!

Can someone please tell me how the sandwich pictured below is worth $16.00??? Please 🙂 The service was so-so, the drinks had two cubes of ice floating on the top. I ordered the tuna melt sandwich and I almost started laughing when it arrived at the table. Nothing like the pictures on the menu. Far from it. I really don’t want to think they are charging for the “atmosphere” :). Waaaaaayyyyy overpriced for the type of simple food. Not going back. I think you get better everything at any other cafe in the city. Should’ve read the reviews before going.
