I got to say this is one of the best baked potatoes I have had in a restaurant. Definitely order a sandwich OR a potato because it’s too much to do both. I definitely recommend this place

Ordered a toasted ham and cheese, got a random 6 inch with olives tomatoes and some kind of dressing. Store was out of everything and guy at the window had an attitude that we came right before they closed I guess. Do better. Atleast my cookie was correct.

Came here today, June 19th 2022, at around 2:20pm. We ordered one California melt with no tomato and one California club with no mayonnaise at the drive thru. We received 2 California melts and no club, so I called and asked if it could be remade before driving back to the location. Whoever I spoke to on the phone (didn’t give a name) told me I could get the sandwich I paid $12 for if I could get there “in time” as it as about 5 minutes before closing when I called. This alone irks me because as a restaurant, customer service should be one of your top priorities and telling a customer they need to rush to get their food that you messed up on is just wrong. Then, I get there to pick up the corrected order and there’s still an entire family eating in the restaurant but the “open” sign is turned off and a sign in front of the doors as if the staff just itching to close the restaurant. It was literally exactly 3 o’clock (their Sunday closing time), I watched the clock change from 2:59 to 3:00 as I pulled in. I certainly don’t expect you all to stay open well past closing, but again, it’s just not good customer service to discourage customers from coming in and to close with patrons still eating. To top it all off, I get home and my sandwich is lathered in mayonnaise even though I had told the person on the phone that mayonnaise is the only thing I want removed from the sandwich. That is what is pictured. All in all, a very disappointing experience in which I felt rushed and unappreciated.

This was my first visit to City Bites, then we went back 2 days later and got it go! We went for dinner on a Thursday night and it wasn’t busy but it was on Saturday. I love that they have a drive thru and they have a reasonable / fair price point! We’ll go back again!

I know many people come to City Bites for the sandwiches or even the cookies, but the often overlooked Stuffed Baked Potatoes are just incredible, and the generous portion lasts me two meals. My favorite is the Turkey variety, with grilled turkey breast, bacon, City Bites’ house ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, and margarine. It’s exceptionally satisfying and filling, especially on colder days when you really want a substantial hot meal.

Been increasingly disappointed. I get the mesquite chicken salad every time. This last time I was there it was literally 2 small pieces of cucumber and tomato. The chicken was old and hard. I think it’s time to find a new salad spot! Sad. Please do better.

Staff was very nice. Food was good but pricy for a sandwich.

I paid $90 for six sandwiches and a salad. I waited 15 minutes while they made the order (not the end of the world, I guess I could’ve called the order in). The woman if front of me was there to pick up an item that she was shorted so when the girl brought me the bag, I asked her if she was positive there were six sandwiches and a salad inside. She said “absolutely.” I get back to my office and find five sandwiches and no salad dressing. Such a frustrating experience. I remember a time years ago that nobody in town could beat city bites customer service. Now, they struggle to be average.
