We haven’t been her in a little while, but tonight we stopped in and was helped by Kaitlin and the food was great! Nashville hot chicken and beef brisket sandwiches are our favorite. Banana pudding for dessert!

I was pretty disappointed in my experience. First thing out of the bag was the cornbread that looked and tasted burnt. Next I unpacked my chicken which was supposed to be a breast and wing only to find a big chunk of the breast cut off and missing. The finale was 6 of saddest looking ribs I’d ever seen. Hard to believe this was an actual half slab. For over $30 I guess I had higher expectations.

Very clean facility! The team was very friendly and answered all our questions patiently. The food was great. Our favorites were the hush puppies, potato salad, and brisket. Without BBQ sauce, the brisket was perfect! The BBQ sauce just elevated it. 10/10 would recommend.

I went here to eat a meal with my friends. It was phenomenal. Not only was the food so amazingly delicious, the service was 5 stars. A young girl named Kaitlyn served me my food and had such a bright smile on her face. She greeted me with so much care and made sure I was all set to go. I will be back. This is the second time we have gone there, and they were both fantastic. Katlyn and Robert were both friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. We have the st. Louis style ribs, beans, hush puppies, corn pudding and fries. The place was clean and organized. Well done! Will be back.

I went to Strongsville City Barbecue and Hailey took our order and handed our food out. Even in that short interaction, she was super polite and friendly and had a really good attitude. She explained things clearly, got everything right, and made the interaction quick but pleasant. She had a calm, confident vibe and was really easy to talk to, which honestly makes a difference when you’re ordering. She did her job really well and left a positive impression — the kind of person you’re glad you interacted with, even briefly.

I ordered delivery through their app. They were out of pulled pork which was disappointing, but we ordered anyway. The ordered was placed with a loaded baked potato sub brisket since they were out of the pulled pork. After submitting my order, I tried reaching the restaurant because the tip I tried adding didn’t go through. No human answered after using the automated system and selecting I wanted to speak to someone about my order; on hold for 10 minutes when the driver sent a link to edit delivery if needed. So I used that link to say I’d tip in cash on delivery. 30 minutes later the driver calls and says he’s picking up my order but they were out the loaded baked and did I want to sub something for it … this is the driver, not someone from the restaurant; and no suggestion was made when I and the driver asked what are my options… I ended up getting another order of chicken tenders who’s were less than the item I wanted and paid for,
Hush puppies were dry and had no crunch. We didn’t get any BBQ sauce that came with our meals. My 2 meat, 2 sides “platter” was 3 tiny ends of brisket and a tablespoon of pulled chicken. Paid $73; such a waste of money! Horrible. We’ve done catering from them twice and were very pleased both times. I won’t be doing that or dinner from here again.
