The service was very friendly and the food came out very fast. I had the two meat plate with pork,brisket, coleslaw and collards. The food was well portioned and full of flavor. I didn’t know what to expect from a “fast food” bbq place, but everything was great.

I moved out here from Washington State a few weeks ago and was really excited to try this place out. The cashier was very nice, the atmosphere was cool, but the food wasn’t up to par. 2 of the ribs barely had any meat on them, the chicken didn’t have much flavor, the pulled pork and brisket were too fatty, and the mac & cheese was disappointing. The highlights were the bread, cornbread, and potato salad. I thought maybe the cake for dessert would make things better, but that didn’t quite work. Sadly to say, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Friendly service. The corn pudding was delicious . We ordered the 1 pound brisket majority was fat no flavor even with BBQ sauce it still didn’t bring any flavor to it. It was tender.

Girls day out and this restaurant was recommended by a friend. Place your order and they will call your name when it’s ready. Grab your utensils, drinks and a table while you wait . Wait time was very short. The food was delicious and I can’t wait to go back to try other items. You can order online and use their curbside service. They also offer a reward program.

Ordered from here last week and was very impressed! This time, not at all. The toast was cold, hush puppies look like they were scraped from the bottom of the fryer (they taste even worse). The salad had no cheese and I received no barbecue sauce for the chicken. I’m extremely disappointed with my order today.

First experience with City BBQ. Went twice this week. Their sides are absolutely great! I had Potato Salad and Baked Beans with brisket. I tried the Ribs on Tuesday which is Rib night…saves roughly $10 on 1/2 rack..but…they were not very good quality. The taste was good mind you…the quality of the ribs were very poor, Just nothing on them. Hate to say this but worst ribs I’ve ever had. Tried ribs again today, they were improved but still not very good. Done with trying the ribs. Brisket was also good. Unsweetened Tea by the gallon was cold and excellent. Desert was Banana pudding…Excellent! The best part of the whole experience and probably the #1 reason I’ll try this place again. The service was awesome. Service with a smile and very polite. Keep up the good work! I’ll probably try some different sides and the sausage but again, don’t waste your money on the ribs.

8 of us came in from out of state and we were not disappointed. The Brisket was great and so was the sausage! We all had our food within 5 mins or so and the staff was very friendly! 10 stars!!!
