The crown jewel in a city known for its steepled skyline and sea-skimming views, The Dewberry’s 8th floor terrace features the highest rooftop in Charleston and is home to our whimsical rooftop lounge, Citrus Club. Featuring citrus-inspired cocktails, mostly of the frozen variety and fresh, lite bites. Citrus Club is a first come, first serve cocktail lounge. Currently, we are only accepting party sizes of 8 guests or fewer. Upon arrival to the hotel, you will be added to our waitlist. Once you get over the fact that anywhere in the south is hot and humid you can actually look around at the rooftop and relax and enjoy the views. We had to wait over an hour in order to be seated upstairs at the rooftop of the Citrus Club, however, I feel like it was worth the wait. The drinks were great, and so was the server. We tried the Parmesan truffle fries which were good. I would love to return here again when the weather is a bit cooler, you have to come early, like around 5 PM in order to have a chance at a table without a long wait.

I love this place. The rooftop view is amazing at every angle. The food and drinks made it even better. The waitress Asia was awesome she made us feel so welcomed and all the other staff as well I just didn’t get their names. We arrived at 7pm and stayed until 930pm watching the sun set was amazing. I loved how they controlled the entrance into the dining area on the roof to make sure there wasn’t any overcrowding. I definitely will go back..The environment is more for couples or adults hanging out.

The view from the rooftop is epic. We happened to be there on a full moon. Stunning view overlooking the city and the water. We stopped in for cocktails and light snacks. We shared the fried brussel sprouts. Very tasty. And oysters. The rooftop can be chilly, we were there early May. Ask for a blanket. They quickly brought us a green blanket to cover up. You will see lots of them. Great atmosphere
