We visited for breakfast early on a Saturday. There was no wait, atmosphere was very nice with the option for outdoor seating. The citrus pancakes were delicious, fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect. I’ll definitely be back!

We have not been there since before COVID, wait time was about 45mins, standard for a Sunday around noon. I ordered The Lynnhaven, eggs, bacon, pancakes, and I added x2 eggs. Everything came out in a reasonable amount of time, unfortunately both our orders were not hot, but warm, aside from my pancakes which were hot. Flavor was as you would expect from a basic breakfast, the pancakes where on par with IHOP. A nice ambiance, bar area, dinning area, outside area.

Food was pretty good, atmosphere was even better. It feels very relaxed in there. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try anything from the bar but the menu looked pretty extensive and promising. I will say there are definitely better breakfast options nearby but this is a good affordable option too.

On vacation with the family. 1st time here. We stopped for breakfast. Very pretty place and very popular. By the time we left there was a wait. I had the pancakes with sausage patties. I felt they could have been cooked 1 min more. They were a little doughy inside. Spoiler alert. I ordered buttermilk pancakes but all the pancakes have a lemon flavor (hint the name of the restaurant is citrus) my daughter had blue berry pancakes with scrambled eggs. She said she wouldn’t get them again if she came back because the lemon flavor was off putting. My husband had a bagel sandwich with eggs and bacon. Server was friendly. Nice place.

This is one of my favorite breakfast/brunch places to visit in Virginia Beach. Wonderful service; quick and precise. Even if the wait is a little longer, it is always worth it. The pancakes are filling and flavorful. The signature Citrus pancakes were amazing! The specials are always different, creative, and delicious. The staff is very helpful and nice. Highly recommend.

Came here on Sunday after church was a little wait but not too long. When our table was ready we were walked over however there was food all over the floor still from previous customers. Asked the young server to clean it and she did but with much attitude. Ordered the seafood omelette With has browns, coffee toffee , chicken and waffles and our friends had the pineapple banana pancakes with mimosas. Food was ok, omelette was definitely stocked and likes the Hollandaise. Bathrooms were pretty bad. Used the restroom twice in the hour and half we were there and both stalls were not great. Overall decent meal but wouldn’t make this my go to brunch spot.

Great food, clean eating areas and restrooms. Service was amazing! I love the eating area options! I do wish there was a changing station in the restrooms. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have a military discount. I always look for places to take my new Sailors. I will still recommend them here though. Keep up the great work!

Different place this Sunday with dad. Dad got the usual, doesn’t change on any given Sunday. Read last review. I’d gotten the cinnamon roll pancakes which were AMAZING! Hadn’t had pancakes in a long while and they were just simply amazing. Fluffy and so good. You don’t need syrup. Came with 2 great tasting sausage links and 2 eggs. Good stuff! Valet parking on weekends. Eh. Good food though!

Food was absolutely delicious. However rude customers stepping on my service dog and yelling at me for expecting an apology when they knew what they did was uncalled for. Also asking us to move because those people claimed to have food allergies is not legal for us with trained and prescribed service dogs. They should have been asked to leave. Staff are excellent and extremely attentive to serving customers with a good attitude and personality.
