I wanted to love this place, but it fell a little flat.

We visited in November because it was close to our hotel. But there is no indoor seating. They have a fire pit and some heat towers but they don’t provide much heat against the cold.

The food was…fine. I ordered a spicy tofu lemongrass burrito, but it just tasted like bland black beans.

The staff were nice, and we had fun playing the lawn games. It would be a great spot to grab a drink in the summer.

This was walking distance from the hotel we stayed (Four Points) at which was so convenient! The outdoor seating / campfire area is gorgeous and so nice for summer! I got an aloha cold brew that was smooth and delicious. And the pear crisp waffle was so good and not too sweet. Even their basic farmers breakfast was good! Staff is super friendly and the service was quick and easy. It’s one of those places where you can order via your phone and can order as a group or individual.

Came here for cocktails and a bite to eat and will certainly be back if I’m ever traveling in the area again! Having four roses as the well bourbon to make an old fashioned was unreal and the bartender on staff knew what she was doing! Cocktails were incredible and the ambiance here was excellent.

Breakfast here is outstanding. Seat yourself upstairs above the kitchen and enjoy a sweet or a savory waffle (or both).

Have not been in a while but loved the new cocktail menu. It is the perfect time to go with friends and chill by the fire with a nice hot drink.

Really good waffles. This is the first time I tried eating savoury waffles and they’re pretty good.
Huge menu selection and quick service. The place felt a bit cold though. It would be really helpful if you highlighted vegetarian and vegan options separately..

Tried the mushroom waffle(vegetarian) and turkey waffle. Both tasted really good.

Now I know what to tell people when they ask where the WORST place for breakfast is… The food was terrible, it was SO cold and flavorless and the coffee was terrible too, also what kind of breakfast place doesn’t have free refills on drip coffee ESPECIALLY for their high prices. The staff has an attitude and you have to order your food yourself online, get water and silverware yourself AND buss your own table which isn’t a big deal but if we had known that we wouldn’t have tipped so high for having to do all that. We will NEVER be back, this place is AWFUL for breakfast. Please imagine someone screaming in agony at the end of this review just to understand how bad it was. Thanks.

The servers were really nice, sitting outside in the cold with a few barely working heat lamps not so much. It was cozy looking though. Even though we dined in, service was non existent and we had to get up and go to a different section to get utensils and napkins. The food was not worth the trouble. While the biscuit looked delectable, it was very dry and crumbly. The eggs and potatoes were okay mixed together. I was most disappointed with the pear waffle. The waffle itself had a nice chew and consistency and was warm but the pears were very cold and did not pair well with the waffle. For the price paid of over $30 it was not a good deal.

Such a lovely brunch spot with great food and even better vibes! The outdoor seating is super cozy and pet friendly, which is a huge plus. It’s the perfect place to relax with your pup while enjoying a delicious meal and a good cup of coffee.

Photo of my half eaten waffle because the food was so good I was excited for brunch and forgot to take pictures… we love their online ordering and payment system that makes it easy to split bills, the service is minimal but friendly, and everything about this place is super efficient (paper cups and plates, QR code ordering + payment, etc.). The space is neat with a cool outdoor patio space, and a quaint upstairs. We’ve been here three times for weekend brunches and haven’t ever had to wait for a table. The food is good! The Citizen Waffle has been my favourite so far, but all the savoury waffles have been pretty similar. My table also ordered the breakfast sandwich and the Cuban sandwich and those were great too. It’s too bad the sandwiches come with chips instead of fries — I think that would elevate the experience. While the food is reasonably priced for brunch, they include an automatic 20% tip which drives up the cost (which is strange because the only service is them bringing the food to your table).
