Food and beer were great! Appetizers were so good, the pickles were the best we’ve had anywhere. We will be back, even grabbed so stuff for the collection! Merch was on point. We loved all of it, the only reason for a 4 star for atmosphere was the noise just bounces off everything in there. I would highly recommend sound cloth on the a frame area… setting is comfortable!

We were passing through from Colorado and this brewery was within our sites. The deliciousness’s of their beer, paired with the appetizer’s of hummus and wings were a great way to spend a Sunday. The dry rub wings were so on point, we bought two servings of them. The beer was crisp and refreshing. A man, possibly local was kind enough to buy our whole bill due to my military service, so thank you so much to that individual. You’re kindness was much appreciated. Gentleman behind the bar was great to chat with and served us very well.

This was our worst dining experience on our trip. Thank goodness the beer was ok and the huckleberry margarita was fabulous, because the food was definitely not worth the experience or the price. We ordered salted pretzels – they were over nuked (yes definitely from freezer to microwave) and rubbery with some fake buttery grease poured over them, but the beer cheese was good so yay- it masked the toughness of the pretzels. We also had a smash burger with bacon. Save your four bucks- the bacon is soggy and floppy. Let’s add the chicken sandwich to that list to save your money- it’s GROSS! A fried, fatty, slimy chicken thigh on Texas toast. Who makes a fried chicken sandwich with a cheap chicken thigh?!? The fries are literally the cheapo freezer bag special and not even salted. Save your time and money folks- come for drinks and have your meal elsewhere.

Great food exists in Idaho, and some of it can be found at Citizen 33. If your are nearby skiing then definitely stop here. The Spicy Poutine was the perfect starter to share at the table. We devoured it. The Fish N Chips was light and crispy. It flaked and melted as my fork cut through. The trout was seared perfectly but the real star was the sauce. Last but not least, the smash style burgers were amazing. Juicy til the end.

We were quickly seated in a nice booth, place was busy but not overcrowded. The lager beer was excellent. App was fried pickles and dipping sauce. The dip matched the pickles nicely, the batter was light, and a great pairing with the beer. I had the pork chop sandwich and it was awesome! Tender, juicy, nice grilling flavor and an excellent cranberry sauce topping. The pretzel dish while it was listed as an app was a filling meal for a fellow diner and tasty. The pork fried rice surprised as a complete filling meal and was excellent.

We stopped here on our way back from Targhee. We were seated right away. And server was very friendly. The atmosphere was really relaxed and the music wasn’t to loud. We got the pretzel bites. They were good but not sure worth $13 for 4 sticks. I got the fish & chips and my husband got the sando (fish ) sandwich. The breading on them were not to much/or greasy but they could have definitely gone easy on the salt on the fish. It was also kid friendly which was nice.

This is not your average beer place. Food is really well done. My initial thought was “eh I’ll try the pork chili”… what a surprise…. If you like power bowls, this is 10 steps above even though they call it a chili bowl. Especially if you like a little spicy. Came rice, beans, cilantro, peppers, adobe chilis, corn, cheese curds, others I’ve forgotten… and a whole lot of goodness for your tastebuds ….

We were seated right away. Very good service. Food was excellent. I had fried chicken with collards and Mac which was fabulous. My wife had the pretzels, chicken wings and humus plate. Very good. Kids were thrilled with their smash burgers and they had orange Fanta! Beer was good. Definitely recommend this if passing through. Cheers
