First and foremost Sage was our waitress and she was sweetest and most personable waitress she was amazing! The food is so good and fresh and the drinks are on point. They have a great happy hour as well. The atmosphere was so gorgeous and homey! Try it I promise you will not be disappointed!

We had a great time as we celebrated our achievement of Graduation here at this venue. The food was great along with the choices from the Lamb, Chicken Skewers and the Crab Cakes along with the Asparagus. When I am back in the Richmond, Virginia area again, I will stop by here because of the atmosphere! Nice !

I visited the establishment on 4/13/21 which was a Tuesday. Arrived around 845 pm. Restaurant wasn’t busy probably had about 8 tables sitted in the entire establishment. I ordered my cocktail to start. It took them 35 minutes to make and bring to me. Very disappointed in their service Quality as food took about 45 minutes. Again this was a Tuesday and a very slow night. I did reach out privately to ask why the service was slow and lackluster. The manager did reach back and apologized and stated they were understaffed. So if they are still understaffed understand the service may not be up to par. I ordered fries and chicken wings for my meal. Now the food did taste great and my server was good and apologetic. I know it was not her fault.

Now to the manager’s credit, they did let me have a drink on.the house to make it right. This was my 1st visit so my 1st impression… I see potential but until they get staff up and training , they will leave a lot to be desired. My advice to everyone is go.during weekdays to see how you like it prior to weekend because I fear the weekend you will be waiting all day for food and drinks. The food quality is there just a matter of service and ticket times.

Really bumping them up to a four star because the staff was just so friendly and helpful and seemes generally embarrassed with some of our items. I believe this used to be the old Piccadilly cafeteria so it’s a pretty large establishment. It’s kind of cut in half the one side being a restaurant / bar and we were told the other side they do Bingo and maybe some other events. Pretty neat looking inside they have a massive and I mean massive TV over the bar and a number of other TVs throughout. They have to sides that have about 6_8 slot machines that you can gamble with. And they also have covered outside seating area. The hostess was very friendly and so was our waiter. He suggested to my wife about getting this fancy drink that they bring some smoke machine out and make a bubble filled with smoke on the top of the drink, it was pretty cool. We ordered the Buffalo wontons, when they came out my wife and I noticed that they didn’t taste like Buffalo at all. Just plain chicken. We asked the waiter and he proceeded to get the general manager to come over. The general manager check them out and did say that they weren’t prepared correctly they were supposed to have some cheese and buffalo sauce inside of it so he took it off our bill. My wife ordered a Santa Fe salad I believe and I got the St Louis sampler. I thought the ribs were pretty good and the chicken tenders we’re pretty tasty as well, but the fried shrimp were over battered and undercooked. When I took a bite into one I got a mouthful of cold batter and the taste of raw shrimp. Again we notified the waiter and the general manager came over and told us that again it wasn’t correct, not sure if they had a new cook or not, but he brought them back to show the cook how they were wrong. They made me a new order of shrimp that we’re definitely tried long enough, maybe a little too much but I get it little over compensation but they were fine. Not sure how long they been open it was the first time I ever noticed them so they may just have had some Growing Pains. We would probably go again and give them another opportunity to see if everything could be better.

We had the philly cheese steak sandwich and the 1/2 rack baby back ribs and a side salad. The sandwich was a little dry/overcooked and not enough onions, cheese and peppers. The ribs were not seasoned well and the sauce was too sweet for my taste. The salad was good and had a lot of toppings. The atmosphere was great as well as the service.

For one let me say the atmosphere was A1. But the food was absolute trash. I’ve been here before and absolutely enjoyed there dinner but brunch is NOT IT! It was so sloppy and cold. As you can see nothing was in order and is was just not it. Grey mystery meat, unmixed mimosas and missing flavors. It’s disappointing because I love the dinner selections here but avoid the brunch and save yourself the trouble. Don’t focus on the vibe, think about the flavor.

Excellent vibes! Great..prompt service..all the servers/bartender/hookah people were all smiles and Accomodating..The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were AMAZING..So good that I went back a 2nd time that evening! Wings were amazing as well..definitely a great experience for my 1st time there and would absolutely come back!

Yes go check this place out.. The only reason its a 4 is because I only had sweet potato fries
They were hot and fresh. My son and my friend enjoyed their meals. The portions were big so come hungry. My son had a chicken sandwich. I tasted a piece..it was juicy and crispy. My friend had wings and tacos….he devoured the tacos so they had to be tasty. I do plan on going back for happy hour to try some drinks. I’ll update my review after my second visit.

The food was okay, but a little pricey. There was an automatic 20% gratuity charge at the bar, and there wasn’t a notice. The receipt said that I can post a review on the website to be entered into a giveaway, but there wasn’t a link. The quesadilla that my friend ordered was good.

I went there on.Saturday night recently and that experience was horrible! I will avoid late nights here in the future. Just not an appealing environment. However I decided to go back for food/happy hour a.few days later and Oh my…a 180! Server was wonderful! Food was oh so good, fresh ingredient, tasty, generous serving for a great price point. I mean WOW. Will definitely be back.
