When visiting Medina Square, this is a mandatory stop for us. We’ve been here several times now, most recently during the Ice Festival.
The concept is straightforward: you watch them craft gourmet donuts right in front of you. Because they are made to order, they arrive warm and fresh. To help with the difficult task of choosing, they have a super cute display tray of all their varieties. Seeing the actual replica donuts gives you a great idea of what to expect and really helps with the selection process when you’re faced with so many creative choices.
The donuts themselves are smaller than your typical bakery donut. Personally, I think this is perfect; it gives you the chance to try a few different flavors from their huge selection. At $1.90 each, the price is very fair for the quality and “made-to-order” experience you’re getting.
Parking:
Parking directly on the Square is almost always a gamble, especially on weekends or during special events. Save yourself the frustration and head to the free parking garage just a short walk away, located off Liberty Street. It’s much easier than circling the block.
The Vibe:
It feels local and authentic. It’s not a polished corporate chain; it fits the historic feel of the neighborhood really well.
Overall, whether you’re a local or just visiting Medina Square, these are easily some of the more unique donuts in the area with a process that makes them worth visiting every time.

Best donut shop in northeast Ohio by far. You can actually watch them make the donuts fresh as you order and there’s so many options to choose from you have to go multiple times. Everyone is extremely friendly and it makes you feel good supporting a family-owned business. Definitely coming back!!!

Really cool donut shop in the heart of downtown Medina. The donuts are great and even award winning. The staff are always friendly, and I even met one of the owners (Melissa) on my last visit. She was very helpful with everything about her store and the local community. She sets the standard for her store and Medina as a whole. I would recommend giving them a try if you are in the area.

They make the donuts fresh and decorate them to order. I got a baker’s choice dozen to take to work. My goodness! The delicious smell on my way to work was ahmazing!! Everyone thought the donuts looked beautiful and fancy. They had trouble picking which one to devour because they all looked so delicious. Afterwards, they told me these are the best tasting donuts around!!

Visited @circlesonthesquare in @ohiomedina On the square little round donuts. Custom made!! Hot and fresh! We had Maple Bacon. Yes i said bacon!! Rice crispy peanut butter, Oreo peanut butter ajd a few others. The owners were so nice and so friendly! Great people. Please stop in and patronize them. Support small business!

This is a nice little donut shop on the square. I must say, their donuts are very aesthetically pleasing (the picture says it all). The service was quick, and the woman behind the counter (I didn’t get her name, but I got the impression she was the owner) was very personable, and you could sense that she takes great pride in the shop. I also have to add that the prices are as reasonable as you could possibly ask for.
I couldn’t quite give 5 stars because I feel as if the hours are a bit too limited (they’re never open past 2 pm according to the hours on Google), so that has made it hard to patron the shop again, and in my respectful opinion, the donuts lack a bit of sweetness and flavor (still a nice treat and worthy stop, though).
