Humble restaurant known for its traditional sushi & sashimi, plus some Japanese entrees.

Absolutely a hidden gem in Roswell! Circle Sushi offers authentic, incredibly fresh sushi. The value is great, as the price is very reasonable for the quality. You must try the Chirashi Don. It’s outstanding. This is a highly recommended spot for serious sushi lovers

Came here for lunch, party of 3. Great lunch specials. Great service. Deluxe tempura was so good & unique – 1/2 soft shell crab, shrimps, fish, pumpkin, mushrooms, asparagus, white sweet potatoes. The grilled tuna collar was tasty, meaty & fresh. Definitely high quality sushi. 2 thumbs up!

I’ve been an avid lover of Circle Sushi for well over 20 years. I used to live only a couple of miles away. I moved but I still make the drive if I want the best sushi in town. The sushi chef has been there since they opened and he always works his magic with a smile. It’s the freshest and tastiest fish I’ve found. My favorite is the yellowtail and salmon sashimi. I recommend the Chirashi Donburi with tuna, yellowtail and salmon. They give you more than enough sashimi atop their flavorful rice. I have found no other sushi restaurant with a shrimp tempura appetizer as wonderfully battered as Circle Sushi’s. Another appetizer favorite is the pork shumai. Dumpling LOVE! The service is always fast and friendly. I recommend making a reservation by phone. They get busy early. The ambiance is quiet if they are slow but bustling when they are busy.

Lunch special chirashi was tasty. Overall good experience. Tuna could be better at this price point. Portion size was great.

In my experience this is one of the best sushi place I’ve eaten in a while. All the sashimi and nigiri tasted fresh, and the rice was great as well. The rolls were delicious and the tuna carpaccio also delicious. Very satisfied with the overall food quality.
The service was great and all the staff were very polite. They were not overly friendly but professional and always seemed happy to help. The atmosphere was enjoyable since it was weekend nights and rather quiet.
Overall, i had great experience here and would definitely come back in the future!

I personally think this is one of the most decent Japanese restaurants in Atlanta. If you order the omakase don or omakase nigiri, the chef curates the meal using the freshest fish of the day. In addition to the standard soy sauce, they provide two other types of house sauces, which adds a nice touch.
The food here is served in appropriate portions and well-chosen dishware, with a clean and appetizing presentation. I especially appreciate that they provide just the right amount of pickled ginger and fresh wasabi—unlike many other places that tend to overdo it. Everything feels thoughtfully measured to match the sushi and sashimi.
For appetizers, I recommend the croquette or soft shell crab. The sauce for the soft shell crab, thickened with mushrooms and potato starch, is especially delicious. And for dessert, the matcha mousse. The mousse is one of their most popular items, so it’s often sold out—worth asking for early!

Visited with friend from DC. We ordered sashimi sampler for 2-3 people, deluxe tempura, red diamond roll and eel don. Sashimi quality is good and tasty, best of all dishes. Tempura is just okay, breading could be more crispy, portion side is small with only 3 shrimps and then few vegetables. The soft shell crab is actually cold so probably not freshly made and it is bitter. Rice in eel don is overcooked and the eel still has too much of earthy and fishy aftertaste but the dish is still acceptable. Would not recommend the signature red diamond roll, only 5 pieces but more importantly the seaweed outside does not blend it with the other increment and make it hard to chow.

The omakase here is really fresh and definitely worth trying. The fish changes daily and everything I had was super tender and delicious. But the salmon sashimi was a letdown —not belly cut, not thick, and just didn’t taste that fresh. If you’re coming specifically for omakase, I’d still recommend it, but maybe skip the salmon sashimi.
