The food was amazing!! We started with the Roasted Squash Bisque which was so smooth and full of flavor, I almost ordered a second one. I had the delicious Petrale Sole with lentils that was the perfect combination. The Brie Sandwich and the Chicken Pot Pie were big hits too! Such wonderful flavors and combinations. Service was excellent! I highly, highly recommend the Circle & Square if you’re near Corralitos!

Total hidden gem near Aptos! The food here is incredible and feels very intentional. Their lion’s mane mushroom was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. I love that they prepare everything in a way that highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients rather than masking them. Highly recommend!

What a splendid new, locavore, creative, intimate dining experience! New to the South Santa Cruz area (Corralitos). I have now eaten Sunday Supper and dinner. As a vegetarian/pescatarian, I can vouch for the excellence. Halibut and local tomatoes succotash, stuffed French Roast, Wild arugula and roasted beet salad. Yum! Menu changes weekly. A rare find!
