It’s just a fun place to go to when you’re in the Northland. Good food, friendly service and great bottoms up beer selections. So glad they have a salad menu now. The new owners are awesome!

Bar atmosphere. No blaring music A few tables to eat at. Sandy was an excellent waitress. All you can eat broasted chicken and/or deep fried cod, yes, you can get both on the same order! Served with a breadstick, fries or wedges, and coleslaw. Scrumptious food!

We just spent a week at this resort over the 4th of July. The motel room was very nice, the ac worked great, lots of storage for you to unpack, and the beds were comfy. The lake was perfect, not rocky, not full of seaweed, and not a super busy loud lake either. The bar restaurant on the property was awesome. They have a great selection of drinks, food and games. They also have a nice patio with plenty of seating, and umbrellas for shade. To make it even better they also served breakfast Saturday and Sunday. Plus the family that owns and operates the whole place is just the best! You could not ask for better people, they are so kind, welcoming, and fun. As a bonus the property next door (walking distance) had an epic fireworks show that they hold annually. We had such a lovely experience at this resort, we will definitely be back again!

Circle Pines has always been a solid place, but it looks like the new owners have figured out a way to take things up a few notches. The bar and restaurant looks to have a fresh clean or paint. Not sure which. Friendly service, nice beer draft list and the broasted chicken was awesome.

Circle Pines has been around for years. They are especially known for their pizza. Haven’t had the pizza in years as the last time we did, I think the cook went a little nuts with the red pepper flakes. That’s water under the bridge.
Friday night’s menu includes AYE fish fry or fried chicken for $17.99. The fish is cod and you get a nice large fillet. Fries, Cole Slaw, and a hot bread stick are included. Everything was fresh and tasty. The fillets of subsequent orders of fish are about half the size of the original.
Tables are a mix of standard and high top. There’s not a ton of parking. It gets busy even before 5 pm, so plan accordingly.
