I have eaten at Short’s Eatery on the Salem square twice and the food has been great both times. The people working there are awesome and exceptionally friendly. I would suggest that if able, eat there. I know I will eat there again. I only hope they are supported by locals. I really think Salem needs for this great place to succeed.
