My visit was a relaxed lunch outing with my wife and a friend, and we all took advantage of the lunch special, which includes a drink and a personal pizza, simple, affordable, and satisfying. One of Circle Inn’s defining traits is their pizza sauce, which you can order mild or hot, depending on your tolerance. That little choice alone gives the place some personality. I opted for a bolder kick and wasn’t disappointed.
The pizza itself hit all the right notes for me: a proper thin crust, crisp but not brittle, supporting a generous spread of toppings. With all the usual suspects available, I assembled what could only be described as a meat lovers-style pie, and every bite delivered. While we were the only ones dining in, there was a steady stream of locals stopping by to grab pizzas to go, always a good sign.
Inside, seating is limited but comfortable, and I appreciated the practical touches, tables with built-in shelves stocked with parmesan, pepper flakes, and extra seasonings, ready and waiting. Being the holiday season, there were also some handmade decorations for sale, seemingly from a local artist, which added a nice personal touch. Supporting local food spots is already a win, but when they also give space to local creativity, it makes the experience even better.
Service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was no-frills but welcoming, and the pizza was genuinely excellent. Circle Inn Pizza may not be flashy, but it’s exactly the kind of dependable, locally loved pizzeria you hope sticks around for generations, good food, good people, and a clear sense of place.
But most important of all is the absolute masterpiece of a pizza I was cooked. A genuine thank you for a memorable lunch and my favorite pizza I have ever eaten.
Reminiscent of a Chicago thin crust that is hard to find around here.
Friendly staff.
There is an eat in area which is always clean.
