First of all, the service was outstanding! Very welcoming and attentive!!! As a family, we enjoyed ourselves. I only took one star away from the food because my pancakes were not good, almost gooey like, and the coffee was nearly clear like hot water, not coffee. Other than that, we will definitely give this restaurant another try.

The Circle is one of the best all-around eateries in Elizabeth City. We will sometimes have group meals here.
They have a large menu with many items to choose from. The breakfast foods are great, and the lunch/dinner entrees are also very good. I typically eat here several times each month.
The staff members are friendly, and they typically take very good care of the diners. The dining room is slightly outdated, but it is well kept and clean.

This a great little restaurant. Everyone is so friendly. The food is always delicious and the staff is always so sweet. The portions are very large. If you are looking for home cooked comfort food, this place is a must

Very busy place that offers great service and delicious breakfasts and lunch items. Beth provided outstanding service! People rarely waited long to get seated and the restaurant was full non stop. A great place frequented by the locals that provided a friendly atmosphere with very reasonable prices for good portions. We’ll be back!

My husband and I had breakfast at Circle II Restaurant this morning. This was my 2nd time there and 1st.

Our first time at the Circle II for breakfast and it was wonderful! The service was fabulous, the food was amazing, and the COFFEE was sooooo good! Definitely a great breakfast destination that’s also cost friendly for seniors.

Stopped by for breakfast for the first time and was not disappointed. The service was great and so was the food. The hearty breakfast bowl is definitely hearty and delicious. The prices are also great. Will definitely be back again soon!

I enjoy breakfast; it’s probably my favorite meal of the day. I had breakfast there with my mother this past mothers day. The pancakes are good, tough but pretty soft once you cut into them. The sausage is processed and round; wish it was handmade patties. It’s sausage though, so I still loves it.

Old favorite back home, we had not been in quite awhile so went in to see if different. Yes different but still very good. Great service from the staff. Good food at a fair price.
