First time coming! Came here with my sister and my 2year old to get breakfast but they had already stop serving breakfast just by few mins. Although the wonderful waitress made it possible for us to get our delicious breakfast! Very impress!! The food was definitely very delicious!!! It felt like home! They were busy but food was still coming out quick from the kitchen. Orders came out perfectly.
Service was okay. Waitress seemed to get a wee frustrated anytime my kids asked for a refill or my mother asked for another cup of coffee….but other than that. No issues at all.

We come through here every chance we get. Usually, we make breakfast. My current fav is the patty melt with a fried egg!! To be honest, the coffee is stout and fresh, and the service is amazing. You feel like you’re at a “Cheers” like establishment.
The chicken fried steak, chicken fried chicken, home fries and eggs are always exactly as ordered. Chicken fried anything isn’t dripping with oil, the white gravy has amazing flavor & you can’t beat the friendly service. We love these people!!

Today Mom and I decided to try a longtime favorite place here in our hometown and trust me I didn’t disappoint. From the Price to the Portion to the great taste this will be another stop. We decided to do Chicken n Dressing,sweet potatoes, and greens also a plate of their beef enchiladas, Mexican bean salad and greens. Lunch and Dinner covered for 2 for under $20. Everyday they post on Kilgore Area Takeout you can choose from 5 entrees and like 6 sides lol.
