We were there for a birthday celebration dinner 3 people. Plenty of options to find something for everyone. We had a variety of appetizers all delicious. The veal chop i had was to die for… The service was excellent. The right balance of attentiveness to privacy to enjoy you dining experience. Constantinos was our server. If you want superb care and service make sure to ask for him. The experience was fantastic and well worth the trip

12/24/25–I’ve been in this building many times back when it was Chapel Grill, but this was my very first visit now that it’s Circe Prime—and what a glow-up.
I studied the menu like a seasoned traveler studying a train schedule and spotted several vegetarian options that I knew my husband would enjoy. So naturally, while he was still in Florida, he went ahead and made a reservation for 12:15 p.m. (Because nothing says romance like planning lunch across state lines.)
We arrived a tiny bit late—not fashionably late, just mildly delayed—but my stepsons had already been seated, so we escorted ourselves to the table. I’ve always loved this building, but the Christmas décor truly elevated it: white Christmas trees everywhere, elegant and understated, like winter decided to dress up. We were seated near the fireplace, which immediately sets the tone for lingering conversations and clinking glasses.
As we enjoyed our meals, we talked about my youngest stepson heading to Vermont the next day for a ski trip, shared laughs, and soaked in the ambiance. Our waiter was courteous and attentive—always a good sign.
I sampled whatever appetizers the young adults ordered (a solid life strategy, by the way), and they were all excellent. My husband ordered the snail salad and declared it “okay,” which, translated, means acceptable but not life-changing. I loved the calamari—perfectly crunchy for me, though my husband disagreed. But food, like travel, is subjective.
My French fries were outstanding, and yes, that was my main dish. No regrets. The young adults ordered meat and scallops, and they loved them. I tried one tiny bite of the meat—purely for research purposes—and it was excellent.
The café latte? Exceptional. I went all in: caffeine and milk. That’s how you know I’m serious. For context, regular coffee hits me the way bourbon hits other people (I don’t drink alcohol, but you get my point).
We skipped dessert—not because it wasn’t tempting, but because I had already brought the young adults Dubai chocolate as a gift, and they were thrilled. Mission accomplished.
We left reluctantly, because that building is simply beautiful. I still remember when, years ago, it was dilapidated. I even remember watching the construction—this was before I was in college. Later on, in my marketing classes, our textbook featured a case study on how that entire area was transformed into what it is today. This place makes you feel fuzzy inside—the kind of warmth you can’t quite explain but immediately recognize.

I also have to add that I loved the Italian dumplings. My stepson described them perfectly as “Italianese”—and honestly, that’s exactly what they tasted like. I love eating with chopsticks, so for me, an Italian restaurant and chopsticks just makes sense. It slows you down, makes the food more enjoyable, and turns every bite into a small cultural adventure.

Seeing this building, full of life, warmth, and good food, felt like watching a well-executed journey come full circle.

We pulled up to Circe Prime with a group of 13 deep, and they did not disappoint.

The food?
From the steak to the seafood, everything was cooked perfectly — you could tell the quality was top-tier. That flatiron wagyu and the 22oz ribeye were serious. Sides like the grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes hit the spot too.

The service?
Nate J and the team held it down the entire time. Attentive, smooth, no mix-ups, no delays — even with a big party.

The bill?
All in, it came out to $1,318 total, which is about $110 per person, including tip. And trust me, considering the amount of drinks, steaks, seafood, and sides we ordered — that’s more than fair for the quality we got.

Circe Prime definitely earns the name. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for that upscale steakhouse vibe without getting robbed at the end of the night.

I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day and we had a wonderful time. We started the night at the bar where we waited for the table and had the best drinks ever. The dirty mother and the dead man’s margarita come with a high recommendation. Dinner was excellent as well with great vibes. Shout out to our waiter Kyle!

My first visit here and I came on Thanksgiving day. The restaurant was not very busy probably because it is expensive!

The traditionak turkey dinner special was excellent. Lots of moist flavorful turkey, rich creamy mashed potatoes, tasty stuffing, plenty of very flavorful gravy and slightly over done veggies. All were excellent except the veggies which were still very good. The bread was also unusual and very good. A few minor petsonal negatives, the turkey was all white meat: I prefer a mix with some dark meat. The gravy was spread over the turkey, there was none on the potatoes or stuffing and the gravy was slightly too salty. And finally the olive oil served with the bread did not have any herbs or seasonings in it. Just plain olive oil.

The tiramisu was very good.

Still overall a very good meal.

The meal was expensive but not too extreme for a holiday dinner.

Absolutely amazing experience. My son chose this restaurant for his 15th birthday dinner and we have nothing negative to say. Our waiter was attentive, and friendly. The food was cooked to perfection (steak temps spot on), and the unexpected birthday dessert was an added bonus. I also liked how the receptionist and the waiter wished my son a happy birthday, just from mentioning why we were visiting on the reservation form. Top notch! We will be back.

Had my wife’s 40th Birthday party here. Kyle was as professional as it comes planning it, addressing my needs and putting it all together. The food was perfect, drinks yummy and service was 10 Stars! Especially Paxton who ran the table, and the manager even dressed up like Elvis and came in to sing happy birthday, I mean, how can you top that? Actually….how do I top that next year? God thanks a lot Circe lol!!!!! Love to you all!!!

What a wonderful evening we had. I order the steak and omg, it was to die for. So flavorful and juicy, cook to perfection. Who ever made my food and the heavenly mash potatoes deserves such high praises. Sangria was great as well. My party enjoyed their meal. I cannot wait to go back again.
